Caesars Entertainment has launched a new in-app feature called the Caesars Rewards Shop. Designed to enhance loyalty rewards offerings, the feature allows Caesars Rewards members to use Reward Credits to unlock bonus spins for select slot games, similar to Casino Bonus Cash.
This marks the first time players can use Reward Credits to play slot games. However, availability is limited. The Caesars Rewards Shop is currently available only to players in New Jersey, Michigan, Pennsylvania and West Virginia and is exclusive to Caesars Palace Online Casino.
How online casino players can use Caesars Rewards Shop
- More redemption options: Reward Credits earned across Caesars properties can now be redeemed for bonus spins on more than a dozen online slot games.
- Integrated experience: The Caesars Rewards Shop is integrated into the Rewards Center within the Caesars Palace Online Casino app and is accessible only in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
- Consistent program benefits: Reward Credits remain the same currency earned across Caesars destinations for activities such as dining, hotel stays and entertainment.
- Flexible choices: Bonus spins offer an additional way to play, while Casino Bonus Cash remains available.
Matthew Sunderland, senior vice president and chief iGaming officer at Caesars Digital, said the feature reflects the company’s focus on innovation.

Availability, eligibility and responsible gaming
While Caesars Palace Online Casino is also available in Ontario, the Caesars Rewards Shop is accessible only to US online casino players in the four eligible states. The platform offers a desktop site as well as iOS and Android mobile apps. Players 21 and older located in those states can register to access the new feature.
Players in the four states can also access Caesars Sportsbook & Casino and Horseshoe Online Casino, both of which integrate with Caesars Rewards, allowing players to earn Reward Credits while playing. The platforms offer a wide range of games from leading providers, including classic casino titles and Caesars-branded games. Reward Credits can also be redeemed at more than 50 Caesars destinations across North America.
Caesars Entertainment emphasizes responsible gaming. The company launched the industry’s first Responsible Gambling program in 1989 and continues to offer responsible gaming resources across its online platforms and physical locations. Players must be at least 21 years old to use Caesars gaming platforms or access Caesars Rewards.
