State of Play’s TL;DR
- The kings of Latin music, Maná, will be playing just six shows in the US in 2027.
- All of them will be at Yaamava’ Resort & Casino in California.
Maná is playing six US shows in 2027. All six are at one California casino.
The Latin rock band announced a residency at Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel in Highland, the California casino’s first-ever residency.
The shows land April 6, 8, and 11, then Sept. 1, 2, and 6, all at the Yaamava’ Theater. Those are the only US dates on the band’s 2027 calendar, according to the casino.
A small venue for a big band

Six nights. Two short stretches. One room.
And it’s not a big room. Yaamava’ lists the theater at 2,500 to 3,000 seats depending on the setup. How big is the Yaamava’ Theater compared to Maná’s usual stage? Small, by Maná standards. The band opened its first arena residency at the Forum in Los Angeles in 2022, then kept coming back. Its Vivir Sin Aire Tour pushed its Los Angeles arena count to 47, according to the release, past the 42 Bruce Springsteen held before it.
Yaamava’ was the presenting sponsor of that tour. Now it gets the whole act to itself. Do the math on the theater’s top capacity. Six shows at 3,000 seats comes to 18,000 seats, max, for every Maná ticket on sale in the US next year on the current schedule.
That’s the story. Not the residency. The scarcity.
“Maná’s influence on Latin music is unmatched, and we’re honored they selected Yaamava’ Theater for their only US performances in 2027,” said Drew Dixon, vice president of entertainment for Yaamava’.

When do Maná tickets go on sale at the California casino? Thursday, if you carry the right card. Presales go to members of Club Serrano, Yaamava’s players club, and start on a staggered schedule by tier:

Why 1986 matters to both Maná and Yaamava’
The timing is a coincidence the casino is happy to lean into. The band, then called Sombrero Verde, became Maná in 1986. Its self-titled debut album turns 40 in May 2027, a few weeks after the April shows.
Yaamava’ traces its own start to 1986, when the Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation opened a bingo hall on the site. It became San Manuel Casino, then took the Yaamava’ name in 2021.
Lead singer Fher Olvera called it a landmark moment for the band.
“We’re living out a dream.”
The résumé backs up the demand. Maná has sold more than 50 million albums worldwide, according to the release, and its 1992 album, “¿Dónde Jugarán los Niños?,” is the best-selling Latin rock album of all time. Four Grammy Awards. Nine Latin Grammys. A star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
On top of that, a 2025 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame nomination, which made Maná the first Spanish-language band nominated.
All of which used to fill an arena in Inglewood, CA, night after night.
In 2027, it gets six nights in Highland.
