State of Play’s TL;DR

  • Fanatics has combined its online casino, sportsbook, and prediction markets into one app.
  • The new combined platform is called Fanatics Sports & Casino.

Fanatics Betting and Gaming has rolled its online casino, sportsbook, and prediction market products into a single platform called Fanatics Sports & Casino, a move that puts more of the company’s gambling products under one app.

According to the company, the app is available nationally, with the real-money Fanatics online casino product offered in jurisdictions where Fanatics is licensed to operate.

The platform automatically detects a user’s location and adjusts which products are available.

What changed in the new Fanatics app

The new app combines Fanatics’ real-money online casino, sports betting offering and Fanatics Markets in one place. For existing users, the biggest change may be the consolidation itself rather than a major shift in how the products work.

Matt King, CEO of Fanatics Betting and Gaming, said customers had been asking for a better gaming experience, describing the new app as the answer. He also said the goal is to give users one app that can follow them across the country, with different features turning on or off depending on location.

Fanatics also tied the launch to its Fanatics ONE loyalty program. The company said users can track FanCash in one place, with FanCash earned on bets, spins, and trades and redeemed for perks such as bonus spins and casino bonuses.

Why the launch matters

The rollout shows how major operators are trying to keep casino, sportsbook, and adjacent products connected inside a single account experience. DraftKings has also launched an all-in-one “Super App,” making Fanatics’ move part of a broader push toward consolidated gambling platforms.

Fanatics said the app launch marks the next phase of its strategy to build a connected ecosystem around the fan. The company was also recently announced as a non-exclusive NFL partner as both a sportsbook and a free spins casino.

Bettors must be 21 or older and otherwise eligible to register and place wagers.
