Flutter’s online casino brand has announced the launch of the FanDuel Casino Rewards Club, a loyalty program currently available in West Virginia, New Jersey, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. Real-money bets made by FanDuel casino players in these locations will earn them points.
These points will then be used to unlock exclusive benefits, such as weekly or monthly offers. Birthday bonuses and personalised promotions will also be part of the program’s perks.
Enhancing customer engagement
The FanDuel Casino’s new loyalty program is part of the company’s broader effort to expand its product portfolio. Through this move, the company also seeks to deepen its footprint in the US iGaming sector.
SVP of Casino Product Andrew Gradwell said FanDuel is looking to reward loyalty.
“At FanDuel Casino, we’re focused on offering an enjoyable experience, and through Rewards Club, players are rewarded for their daily play.
“The program is designed to enhance the player experience. The Fan Club will allow customers to enjoy their favorite games while earning points, reaching new tiers, and gaining access to greater rewards.”
‘Calling All Thrillionaires’ campaign
This loyalty program is being released in conjunction with FanDuel Casino’s ongoing marketing campaign, “Calling All Thrillionaires.”
As part of the launch of the Rewards Club, the company has aired three new commercials in four states, including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. The campaign aims to drive greater user engagement. It also highlights FanDuel’s expanding list of casino content.
Daniele Phillips, FanDuel Casino VP of marketing, said the Rewards Club is meant to work in conjunction with the Thrillionaires campaign.
“The latest chapter of ‘Calling All Thrillionaires’ captures the sense of anticipation through the Rewards Club.
“The campaign not only highlights our new Rewards Club program but also shows how FanDuel Casino continues to enhance the customer experience through innovation, loyalty, and continuous entertainment.”
FanDuel’s product development
The Rewards Club is the latest instalment in FanDuel Casino’s product development line. In 2024, the operator collaborated with White Hat Studios and the NBA to introduce NBA Super Slam, a basketball-themed online slot.
This slot title is exclusive to FanDuel players in multiple regulated American markets and Ontario. The title was a landmark in FanDuel’s plans to provide branded gaming content that will attract more players.
At the beginning of the year, FanDuel launched FanDuel Casino Jackpots, a progressive jackpot program that links various games and provides larger pools. The feature was created following FanDuel’s purchase of BeyondPlay, a player-engagement vendor, in February 2024. The purchase added new technology and social gaming elements designed to keep players engaged and foster shared jackpot experiences.
Promoting player loyalty
With Rewards Club, FanDuel Casino is moving beyond simple promotional offers. Now, loyal players will get to explore new games, move up levels, and earn regular rewards.
It is anticipated the new initiative will expand as FanDuel launches this program in more iGaming jurisdictions. In New Jersey, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, players can now be automatically enrolled and earn benefits from the New Rewards Club program.
