Pragmatic Play is expanding its portfolio of casino promotional tools with the launch of Collect & Win. This gamification feature lets operators create customized, collection-based campaigns across slot and live online casino games.
The addition strengthens the company’s Enhance suite with mechanics and reward options designed to boost player engagement across promotional campaigns. It also reflects a wider industry focus on gamification, as suppliers increasingly pair game content with flexible promotional features to create more interactive player experiences.
New mechanics give operators more ways to reward
The feature builds on Enhance, Pragmatic Play’s promotional toolkit, introducing two collection-based mechanics alongside the existing Wheel Drops feature.
- The first, Text Drops, rewards players with letters, words or numbers that they collect to complete a set.
- The second, Card Drops, lets players gather virtual playing cards to form winning hands.
Online casino operators can also customize each promotion by choosing the theme, number of collectibles required and how rewards are distributed.
The update also introduces Pick A Chest, a bonus round unlocked once players collect the required number of items. Players then choose one of nine chests to reveal their reward, adding another interactive element to the promotion.
Collect & Win is available across Pragmatic Play’s latest and most popular online slots and live casino titles and has already rolled out across the company’s global partner network.
Pragmatic Play focuses on player engagement
Sharon McHugh, director of public relations at Pragmatic Play, said the company continues looking for ways to improve the player experience through its promotional tools.
“We’re constantly looking at ways we can refine the casino experience, and Enhance is an area where we’re able to drive interesting mechanics that reward engaged players in fresh and unique ways.”
She added that the feature gives operators another way to stand out, describing it as “a highly customizable gamification layer” that can help differentiate their offering.
Latest step in an expanding promotional portfolio
Collect & Win continues the steady expansion of the Enhance suite, which Pragmatic Play has broadened over time with tools designed to help operators run promotional campaigns without additional game development.
According to Pragmatic Play, the company continues to release up to eight new slot games each month while supplying live casino content through a single API integration. The company said Collect & Win gives operators greater flexibility in creating promotional campaigns across its game catalog.
