Two near-$700,000 jackpots in five weeks
On Sunday, Oct. 4, a guest from Cherry Hill, New Jersey, won the Royal Flush multi-game progressive jackpot of $699,582 with a $5 side bet while playing Ultimate Texas Hold ’em. The player held the ace and king of clubs and completed a royal flush when the queen, jack and 10 of clubs came on the flop. With additional side-bet payouts, the player won more than $725,000. Four other players at the table won $5,000 each through the Envy Bonus.
The Mega Jackpot, a shared progressive among Ultimate Texas Hold ’em, Mississippi Stud and Three Card Poker, had topped $680,000 as of Oct. 1. It last paid nearly $55,000 in July.
It was the second jackpot of nearly $700,000 in five weeks. On Saturday, Aug. 29, a player won $694,124 on the Royal 9 Baccarat progressive, one of the largest jackpots in the casino’s history. Guests are eligible for that jackpot by placing a bonus wager on their unique king-nine hand designation.
Two slot players also hit six-figure jackpots in that span: the Dollar Storm Super Grand Jackpot paid nearly $136,000, and the Lightning Link Grand Jackpot paid more than $108,000. Guests have won more than $1.6 million since Aug. 29, the casino said in a press release.
The Royal 9 Baccarat and Royal Flush progressives have since reset and now exceed $235,000 and $250,000, respectively. The recently launched High Card Flush Progressive had topped $285,000 as of Oct. 1.
