State of Play: Rush Street Interactive reported a strong Q3 performance, driven by a surge in its online casino player base across North America and Latin America.
RSI experienced significant gains for its online casinos in the US and Canada during the third quarter of 2025, resulting in a 20% increase in company revenue to $277.9 million.
Rush Street Interactive and its BetRivers Online Casino operator experienced a 46% year-over-year increase in monthly active users (MAU) in North America, reaching a total of 225,000. Latin America also contributed to a 30% MAU growth, reaching 415,000. The third quarter of 2025 for RSI is propelling a 20% rise in company revenue to $277.9 million. This growth also highlights the expanding market potential and player engagement in the US and Canada online gambling sector.
10 straight months of growth for Rush Street
RSI CEO Richard Schwartz emphasized that this marked their tenth consecutive quarter of sequential revenue growth.
“This growth was driven by record player acquisition and strong player engagement across our higher-value markets.”
He noted that accelerated growth in mature markets was evident from consistent month-over-month increases in the player base since March.
RSI’s net income balloons YoY
The rise in average revenue per user to $365 underscores the increasing value and engagement of players in the US and Canada. RSI’s ability to drive record first-time depositor numbers while reducing marketing spend signals efficient growth strategies benefiting both players and operators.
Latin America, although generating a lower average revenue per user of $27, represents a growing market with expanding player activity.
Financially, RSI’s net income increased to $14.8 million from $3.2 million the previous year, with adjusted EBITDA up 54%, reflecting robust profitability alongside rising revenues.
RSI’s momentum in key markets suggests continued growth potential for online casinos in North America and Latin America. Their strategic focus on product differentiation and customer experience positions them well to capitalize on emerging opportunities and evolving player preferences in the competitive online gambling landscape.
This also highlights what online casinos are capable of when they’re legalized. With the ongoing fight over sweepstakes casinos, legalizing real-money casinos seems a natural step to offset the gray area with social and sweeps caasinos.
