Resorts World New York City is closing out summer with a monthlong lineup of casino promotions, highlighted by the chance to win a 2026 Ford Ranger Raptor. Alongside the truck giveaway, guests can compete for thousands of dollars in slot rewards while enjoying live entertainment every night in August.
The promotions arrive weeks after RWNYC broke ground on Phase Two of its $5.5 billion expansion, underscoring the casino’s continued growth.
The Haul It Home Ford Ranger Raptor Drawing takes place Saturday, Aug. 29, at 2 p.m., when one winner will drive home the pickup truck and five others will each receive $1,000 in cash.

The drawing serves as the centerpiece of the property’s August schedule and is part of a broader campaign to keep casino visitors engaged through the final weeks of summer.
Slot players will also find several recurring promotions this month. Every Thursday, the casino hosts its $60,000 Luau Lagoon Free Slot Play Drawings. Fridays feature the $10,000 End of Summer Cash Slot Tournaments, with cash awarded to the highest scorers.
New Genting Rewards members unlock free slot play
Resorts World New York City is also offering incentives for new members who join the Genting Rewards program. Eligible new members can receive up to $500 in free slot play, plus an entry into separate drawings for a Virgin cruise and a $2,000 Visa gift card.
The program is one of several loyalty perks the property offers as competition builds among casinos for player attention across the state. New York online casinos still aren’t legal.
Guests 55 and older have another opportunity every Tuesday through the property’s Prime 55 promotion. Participants can swipe their membership cards to earn bonus points, free slot play and entries into the Prime 55 Slot Tournament.
Live entertainment every night at Resorts World NYC
Beyond the gaming floor, Resorts World New York City has scheduled live performances every night in August, according to a RWNYC press release.
The Red Wall Art Gallery will feature acts from the Sounds of the City series, including Jack of Clubs, Deverne and the Vintage Soul, Rip the Mic with Priceless and JC Keys & Friends. The venue’s calendar also includes themed evenings dedicated to salsa, reggae, merengue, Latin music and country.
Meanwhile, RW Prime will host performances from Tara O’Grady, DJ LAX, Sin Fronteras and DJ Gozzi throughout the month.
