UK-based gaming operator Playtech announced the successful debut of table and live dealer games on the Hard Rock Bet online casino in New Jersey. Hard Rock Digital’s Senior Vice President Grant Williams, said in a Playtech press release:

This rollout comes on the heels of a partnership deal struck between both parties early last year. As a result of the deal, Playtech invested $85 million in Hard Rock Digital to get a single-digit stake in return.
Prerequisite for Playtech’s stake in Hard Rock Digital
The conditions of the agreement stated that a handful of Playtech’s online gaming content and technology solutions would be licensed by Hard Rock Digital.
The perks of this partnership cut across the US and beyond because patrons of the Hard Rock Bet platform, now have access to Playtech’s offerings like:
- Live dealer table games
- RNG slot games
Some of the real-money online casino games include classic blackjack, roulette, and Adventures Beyond Wonderland. Additionally, Playtech will offer customer support that involves the utility of its offerings, including payment and marketing services.
This is only the beginning of a series of customized offerings that Playtech and Hard Rock Digital will bring to bear on this partnership. As Playtech disclosed, they are committed to providing Hard Rock Digital customers with an engaging gaming experience.

Hard Rock Bet is taking up space in the US online casino sector
At the moment, Hard Rock Digital offers both online and retail sports betting services in various states, including:
- Arizona
- Florida
- Indiana
- Ohio
- Tennessee (exclusively online)
In New Jersey, it expanded its products beyond retail sports betting to a fully integrated online sportsbook and casino platform, Hard Rock Bet. Looking ahead, Hard Rock Digital intends to grow its footprint even further, with plans to enter other states shortly. Furthermore, the Hard Rock Social Casino has also launched, featuring a selection of slot games and casino-style games that online players can enjoy for free.
In the coming years, the firm plans to expand its online gaming services into specific international markets.
Meanwhile, Playtech is also focused on promoting safe gambling while steadily amassing its reach in North America. This effort is evident in its responsible gambling tools, which include bet limits and other fraud detection services.
