Aristocrat Gaming’s division Anaxi teamed up with Penn Entertainment’s subsidiary, Penn Interactive, to extend its reach in the US online casino market.
Anaxi will provide classic Aristocrat titles across Penn’s digital platforms thanks to the recently signed content agreement. The partnership includes Penn’s gaming platform, Barstool Sportsbook and Casino.
Anaxi brings Aristocrat titles to Barstool Sportsbook and Casino
Starting with New Jersey, Anaxi online casino games are now available for play on Android and web platforms via Barstool Sportsbook & Casino.
The partnership enables the rollout of classic Aristocrat titles, including:
- Wild Lepre’coins
- Wild Wild Nugget
- Miss Kitty
- Sun & Moon

Aristocrat introduced Anaxi as the new name for its RMG business
Anaxi was founded in October 2022 after Aristocrat rebranded its online real money gaming (RMG) segment, introducing the Anaxi name.
Aristocrat changed its focus toward creating a solutions business that merges customer experience and real-money gaming. The company prides itself on “creating a destination where players can enjoy the excitement of online real money and gaming with confidence.”
Apart from Penn, Anaxi signed similar content agreements in 2023 with various leading US online casino operators, including BetMGM, Caesars and FanDuel.
Penn keeps delivering interactive content to North American markets
Penn Interactive is a wholly owned subsidiary of Penn Entertainment, North America’s leading gambling provider. It offers integrated entertainment, sports content and casino gaming experiences.
The Penn Interactive segment currently runs three branded online casino platforms across twenty states. These online casinos are:
- Barstool Casino, acquired in a $388 million acquisition operating in:
- New Jersey
- Pennsylvania
- Michigan
- West Virginia
- Hollywood Casino in Pennsylvania
- theScore Bet in Ontario, Canada
