Fontainebleau is now matching tiers for all guests with other casino rewards programs. The “Elevate Your Tier” promotion announcement comes nearly two months after the newest Las Vegas casino opened its doors to the public.
Guests may now request to upgrade their Fontainebleau Rewards account based on their current tier status at an eligible loyalty program. The new deal allows members of most, not all, Las Vegas casino rewards programs to upgrade their status at the new property.
While this is a great promotion, not all Las Vegas casino guests have upper-tier status in a rewards program. Fontainebleau has a promotion for these new members as well.
Fontainebleau’s “$15 & $15” promotion gives new Bleau tier members a $15 dining credit and a $15 slot credit. Many new casinos offer similar programs when they open. Fontainebleau just took a couple of months to get here.
In a statement to the media, Fontainebleau Las Vegas Chief Casino Marketing Officer Michelle Reda said:
“We pride ourselves on a rewards program that is fully inclusive and takes advantage of everything that Fontainebleau Las Vegas has to offer, and these promotions will bring members further into the inner circle of our resort experience.”
The new programs are a change of heart for Fontainebleau. Before opening the casino said it wouldn’t match tiers with other rewards programs.
However, some guests were able to tier-match with other programs on opening night. The next day the policy changed where hosts could initiate tier matching for some guests. Then there was no matching available to anyone.
Guests, including me, took to social media to voice their confusion. The change is being welcomed by many. For full disclosure, I’ll be returning to Fontainebleau to take them up on this new offer.
Tier matching is a marketing tool casinos use to lure guests who may be loyal to certain casino rewards programs. The upgraded benefits of the upper tiers are always a good excuse to explore a new Las Vegas casino.
Upper-tier Fontainebleau Rewards benefits
Depending on the new tier status guests can open up a new world of access to the newest casino on the Vegas Strip. The upper tiers of Fontainebleau Rewards can give guests access to better benefits such as dining and spa credits, complimentary self-parking and valet, access to VIP check-in and priority reservations at dining and nightlife venues, and more.
Tier reward benefits give guests monetary perks and access. For example, Fontainebleau Rewards has fixed dining credits between $100 and $250 for upper-tier members. Complimentary suite upgrades and VIP access are also accessible to these guests
Anyone who upgrades tier status will be able to use the new perks through Dec. 31, 2024. Some of the best benefits of the upper tiers of Fontainebleau Rewards include:

Casinos that match with Fontainebleau
The Fontainebleau Rewards tier match promotion is different than others in Las Vegas. Fontainebleau will only match with certain Vegas Strip casino rewards programs:
- Caesars Rewards
- MGM Rewards
- Wynn Rewards
- Grazie Rewards (The Venetian)
- Venetian Rewards beginning in March
- Identity Rewards (The Cosmopolitan)
- Genting Rewards (Resorts World Las Vegas)
- Infinity Rewards (Sahara)
- Unity By Hard Rock (The Mirage)
Fontainebleau Rewards will also match tiers with the rewards programs from some downtown, off-strip, and regional casinos around the US. However, the casino won’t match with smaller Vegas Strip programs such as Circus Circus, Treasure Island, or Casino Royale.
