3 Oaks Gaming has signed a distribution agreement with Light & Wonder, giving its slot portfolio access to more online casino operators in regulated international markets. The company called the deal a move away from market-by-market expansion toward a more scalable approach.
3 Oaks joins Light & Wonder’s network
Under the agreement, 3 Oaks Gaming will distribute its online slots through Light & Wonder’s aggregation platform, which connects operators across multiple regulated jurisdictions with third-party content.
3 Oaks described the platform as one of the industry’s most established online casino ecosystems and said it can support a broader international rollout as new opportunities emerge.
Light & Wonder’s OpenGaming platform offers more than 6,500 online casino games from more than 60 studios, according to a June 2026 Partnerkin review. The review also says the company is certified in roughly 36 iGaming jurisdictions.
3 Oaks said the agreement gives its portfolio greater visibility across Light & Wonder’s ecosystem and a stronger commercial foundation for future development.
Emilia Kazberuk, sales manager at 3 Oaks Gaming, said: “I’m very proud that 3 Oaks Gaming is now collaborating with Light & Wonder. This achievement marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter and will create significant opportunities for our continued growth.”
Deal extends recent European expansion push
The agreement follows several distribution deals 3 Oaks Gaming announced this fall. It partnered with Sisal in Italy on Sept. 8 and went live with Solverde in Portugal on Sept. 21. It announced a partnership with Novibet on Sept. 25 and one with Joi Gaming to expand its Dutch reach on Oct. 6.
The 3 Oaks press release, published Oct. 26, did not say when the games will launch or which markets will go first.
