State of Play

  • Delaware’s online poker market is experiencing a significant uplift as BetRivers Poker posts revenue figures three times higher than its predecessor.
  • This growth underscores the growing player engagement in the state and sets a new standard for regulated online poker in the US.

BetRivers Poker has dramatically expanded Delaware’s online poker revenues, generating more than three times the monthly revenue compared to when 888 held the license.

According to the Delaware Lottery’s latest data, BetRivers earned $80,707 in October. This amount marks the highest monthly revenue since BetRivers relaunched the platform in June, surpassing even the previous record set in July by 21%.

Remarkably, October 2025 stands out as the best October in Delaware’s 12-year history of online poker and ranks among the top six highest revenue months ever recorded in the state.

BetRivers cements its seat in Delaware

BetRivers’ performance signals growing acceptance and popularity of regulated online poker. Increased revenues translate into potentially bigger prize pools and more vibrant competition for players. For operators, this trend reflects favorable market conditions in Delaware’s framework, encouraging reinvestment and innovation to attract more players.

Moreover, these positive metrics inherently suggest stronger regulatory oversight and a more secure environment for online poker enthusiasts.

Delaware’s online poker market is poised for continued growth as BetRivers cements its position as the leading operator. The upward revenue trajectory may inspire other states to emulate Delaware’s regulatory model and support expansion efforts.

But given how states are hesitant to legalize online casinos, don’t hold your breath. It could be an uphill battle to legalize online poker in other states in the near future. Though stranger things have happened when it comes to online gambling.
