Instant Win Gaming has expanded Daily Streak, a reward feature for online lottery games, to a third North American lottery. The Virginia Lottery began offering Daily Streak Expander on Oct. 27, joining Atlantic Lottery and the Pennsylvania Lottery.
Daily Streak rewards consecutive daily play
Daily Streak uses a prize wheel to determine extra benefits in participating games. Players get a wheel spin the first time they enter an eligible game each day. The result sets their benefit level, which can improve with continued daily play.
Returning the next day lets players keep their level or potentially unlock a better one. Skipping a day ends the streak and resets the wheel to its starting level.
IWG says Daily Streak can be built into a wide range of games and adapted to each lottery’s prize and game requirements, making it scalable. The company says the feature is meant to support player engagement and loyalty and help grow digital channels. IWG announced Daily Streak on Oct. 19 and called it a first-to-market addition to its eInstant portfolio.
Virginia becomes third lottery to launch
Atlantic Lottery was the first to launch the feature through Daily Streak Expander. The rollout covers the four Canadian provinces it serves: New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland and Labrador. The Pennsylvania Lottery followed with Next Level Loot.
Virginia’s version offers a top prize of up to $250,000, with plays ranging from $0.20 to $50, according to the Virginia Lottery.
In its news release, IWG said the Kentucky Lottery would introduce Daily Streak Boost and the New Hampshire Lottery would launch Daily Streak Expander later in October. IWG did not give specific dates, and neither launch could be confirmed as of Oct. 29.
Game board grows with each level
Daily Streak Expander is played on a board with 15 positions, arranged in three rows and five columns. The board changes as players move through levels tied to their daily wheel spins. Higher levels expand the playing area, add prize opportunities and can unlock bonus games. Players win by revealing clusters of three or more matching symbols, the Virginia Lottery says.
IWG Executive Vice President Jason Lisiecki said in the release that the company is “grateful to our lottery partners for helping bring this feature to market.” He added that IWG sees considerable potential to apply Daily Streak across its wider portfolio.
IWG builds on past engagement features
IWG has launched other features meant to encourage repeat play. In 2025, it introduced Wheel Spin Spectacular with the New Hampshire Lottery, then brought it to Atlantic Lottery. It later launched RumblePlay through Gorilla Shake, an eInstant game developed for the North Carolina Education Lottery, iGamingSuppliers reported.
IWG has not released performance figures from the initial Daily Streak launches.
