New Jersey’s regulated online casino market has a new competitor. G2 Digital has launched Vegas Club Casino through a partnership with Caesars Entertainment, expanding one of the largest and fastest-growing iGaming markets in the United States.

The debut comes as New Jersey continues to post record online casino revenue, attracting new operators looking to establish a presence in the state.

Licensed online casino opens for New Jersey players

Founded by gaming industry veterans Greg Carlin and Dan Alexander, G2 Digital is making its first entry into the regulated real-money online casino market with Vegas Club Casino.

Licensed by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, the platform operates under Caesars Entertainment’s online gaming license. It is available exclusively to adults 21 and older who are physically located in New Jersey. Players can register through the website or download the mobile app for iOS and Android devices.

According to G2 Digital, the platform offers hundreds of real-money slot games, classic table games, player rewards and promotional offers. The company said its goal is to recreate the atmosphere of traditional Las Vegas casinos while providing the security and player protections of a regulated online gaming platform.

Carlin said the company aims to deliver “authentic excitement” by combining fair play, strong consumer protections and a VIP-style customer experience.

Industry veterans return to regulated online gaming

The launch marks Carlin’s first online casino venture since leaving Rush Street Interactive and Rush Street Gaming, the companies he co-founded and previously led.

Alexander also brings extensive industry experience. Before co-founding G2 Digital, he helped launch PlayStar in New Jersey and played a key role in growing the operator into one of the state’s leading online casino brands.

G2 Digital said Vegas Club Casino emphasizes transparent promotions, straightforward rewards and bonus offers with fewer restrictive terms than many competing platforms, reflecting the company’s focus on building long-term customer relationships.

Launch arrives during record iGaming growth in NJ

Vegas Club Casino enters the market as New Jersey’s online casino industry continues to expand at a record pace.

According to the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, internet gaming revenue reached $271 million in June, up 17.5% from June 2025. Revenue for the first six months of 2026 totaled more than $1.59 billion, an increase of 15% compared with the same period last year.

The launch also comes during New Jersey’s busiest stretch for new online casino brands in several years, underscoring continued operator interest in the state’s mature regulated market.

White Hat Gaming powers expansion strategy

While Caesars Entertainment provides market access in New Jersey, White Hat Gaming supplies the technology platform behind Vegas Club Casino, including player account management, payment processing and customer relationship management tools.

According to news from PlayNY, the agreement also includes White Hat’s Traveling Wallet technology, designed to support players across multiple regulated jurisdictions where permitted.

Looking ahead, G2 Digital plans to expand Vegas Club Casino into Alberta, Ontario and Pennsylvania, subject to regulatory approval, as it builds its presence across North America’s regulated online gaming markets.
