PlayUSA has a new offer with HelloMillions. The headline numbers are big. The PlayPerks part is small, and it’s worth knowing which is which.

Through PlayUSA’s PlayPerks rewards program, members can redeem Coins for an offer that adds 2 free Sweeps Coins (SC) to any first-purchase package at HelloMillions. Three packages are part of the deal:

  • $9.99: 50,000 Gold Coins (GC), 29.5 free SC and five loyalty points
  • $15.99: 70,000 GC, 39.5 free SC and 10 free SC spins
  • $29.99: 120,000 GC, 64.5 free SC and a chance to win 500 free SC

Play Perks Offer: Exclusive Hello Millions Promo

Our partnership with Hello Millions brings you an exclusive welcome offer you can’t miss. Get 2 free SC with any first purchase on Hello Millions by using our Play Perks link.

What the new PlayUSA HelloMillions offer actually adds

Each SC total is three things stacked together.

The bulk comes with the purchase: 25 SC at $9.99, 35 SC at $15.99 and 60 SC at $29.99. Then 2.5 SC from HelloMillions’ sign-up bonus, which every new account gets whether it buys anything or not. Then 2 SC from PlayPerks.

As in, the PlayPerks piece is the 2.

That’s not a knock on it. It’s the honest math, and it says those 2 extra coins do their best work at the bottom of the menu. Two extra coins on a 25 SC package is an 8% bump. On the 60 SC package, it’s closer to 3%.

Which HelloMillions package is the best buy?

Set the free sign-up coins aside, and the $9.99 package delivers 27 SC, about 2.7 SC per dollar. The $15.99 package lands near 2.3. The $29.99 package slides to roughly 2.1.

So the bigger packages buy more coins, not more coins per dollar.

Anyone reaching for the $29.99 tier is really paying for the larger Gold Coin stack and the shot at 500 free SC, which runs under HelloMillions’ own promotional terms.

How to claim it through PlayPerks

PlayPerks is free. Members earn 500 Coins for joining, then build the balance by logging in daily (25 Coins a day), keeping a seven-day login streak (200), writing casino reviews (150 each, up to three a day) and rating casinos (50 each). The HelloMillions offer costs 1,500 Coins in the PlayPerks Rewards Shop, and shop inventory is first-come, first-served.

PlayPerks is open to US residents 21 and older, with one account per person. Its Coins are promotional and carry no cash value.

What to know before you buy

Gold Coins are for play only and can’t be redeemed for prizes. Sweeps Coins have to be played through before they’re eligible for redemption. Read the full terms and conditions after signing up for PlayPerks.

No purchase is necessary to play at HelloMillions, and the 2.5 SC sign-up bonus is free.

HelloMillions is operated by B-Two Operations Limited, the same company behind McLuck, PlayFame and SpinBlitz. Check your state for availability.

Offer details are current as of Oct. 30, 2026, and sweepstakes casino packages change often.

Fifty thousand Gold Coins get the headline. The 2 is the part with PlayUSA’s name on it.
