Caesars’ new Horseshoe Online Casino launched in Pennsylvania and West Virginia this week, and the company expects to roll it out in New Jersey before the end of the year. It debuted in Michigan less than a month ago.
Now, Caesars will have completed its deployment to every online casino state to which it has access within a quarter.
Hot on the heels of its $1 brand entered Pennsylvania on Monday, Oct. 27. Before spectators could catch their breath from this launch, a West Virginia debut was announced.
In a press release, Caesars Digital‘s Senior Vice President and Chief iGaming Officer Matt Sunderland said:
The Horseshoe brand is anchored by a promise to put the player first. A brand with such a storied past deserves an online equivalent that pays respect to the legacy it has established in gaming, and that is what we’ve created with Horseshoe Online Casino.
Having locked in on Michigan, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, Caesars has disclosed it will welcome the Horseshoe Casino brand in New Jersey and Ontario before the end of the year.
Pennsylvania welcomes Horseshoe Casino, the state’s 23rd online casino
The Horseshoe Casino debut in Pennsylvania brings the state’s online casino count to 23. Caesars already has Tropicana and Caesars Palace Online Casino in PA. Horseshoe is their newest addition.
The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) allows operators to launch multiple online casino brands; hence, Caesars has capitalized on that license with the Harrah’s Philadelphia license. Likely, more brands will still come out of their umbrella.
Given Pennsylvania’s status as one of the top US online casino states, alongside New Jersey and Michigan, it is only logical that operators troop in the state.
Customers in the state are already taking part in a range of features, including:
- About 700 slots (Capital Gains, Divine Fortune, and Buffalo Thunder)
- 14 live dealer rooms (Blackjack, roulette, craps)
Players can also look forward to fans favorites like Super Sic Bo, Lightening Roulette, and Crazy Time
Despite expectations being projected for Horseshoe to rack in revenue and be a solid rock to Caesar’s digital products, it is a far cry from beating the Caesars Palace Online Casino brand, which existed a year before. In its Q2 2024 earnings report, Caesars Digital) saw an increase reaching $303 million in revenue compared to the $215 million that was recorded in the same period last year.
The iGaming sector was more responsible for this boost, as it accrued an 83% net revenue increase from last year. Caesars credits this growth to the Horseshoe Casino brand launching in Michigan.
