What is the currency at Brango Casino?

He collects prizes for potential wins along the way, but you can also hit pitfalls and obstacles that end your game early. Make it to the temple across the pond, and you’ll be able to pick treasure chests for prizes. It’s a lot like an instant ticket.
Live dealer
Brango also has five live dealer blackjack tables. Live dealer games are more commonly offered at full-fledged online casinos than at sweepstakes casinos. So on the one hand, if you live in a state without regulated online casinos, Brango is one of the few sites where you can find live dealer games. However, again, we wouldn’t feel comfortable playing at Brango.

At the time of this review, clicking the “Banking” link at the top of the homepage took us to a page that purported to offer a list of deposit and withdrawal methods. Instead, it offered two lines of text and big old blank spaces where the methods should be listed. We had to find the available methods by visiting the cashier.

We don’t recommend using credit or debit to make deposits at Brango. Banks and creditors can put holds on your card and/or charge cash advance fees for using them at an online gambling site.

However, for our review, the customer service experience was, frankly, abysmal. The live chat option says, “Click bellow [sic] to start the chat.” As if the typo wasn’t enough, there was nowhere to click. We spent minutes trying to click around the screen to begin a live chat session, and nothing worked.
The “email” widget said, “Click image to email us,” and the only reason Brango gets above an F in this category is that clicking the image did indeed open an email window and allowed us to send a question to Brango.
If you’re seeking quick and efficient help for an issue, don’t expect Brango to come through.
An alternative option for customers experiencing problems is to visit the FAQ page. We did that for our Brango review and the site came up incredibly short. The page had a paragraph of boilerplate text and a link to the support page, which leaves a lot to be desired, as discussed.
There’s a side menu with a link that says “FAQ” and clicking it simply reloads this same page. There is not a single frequently asked question in sight.
Will some of this get fixed? Probably. But the fact that the customer service section at Brango was so poorly constructed while we reviewed it shows that the casino doesn’t put much value in it.
