That’s only if you made a purchase. Players who use Moonspin for free must play through MC 35 times. We don’t use this word often in our reviews, but it’s warranted here: RIDICULOUS.

Moonspin’s desktop website is solid overall. The aesthetic is simple and easy on the eyes, with a black background and colorful game thumbnails. In our time with the site, games loaded swiftly and played with no lag.
The main navigation menu on the left-hand side can be confusing at first. The abstract icons don’t match up well with their corresponding categories. For example, the fire icon takes you to Moonspin’s original games, while the diamond takes you to popular games. Expanding the menu displays the text for each category, so this is a small issue overall. However, the text is a tad perplexing, too. The slots icon is listed next to “Hottest Slots,” so it’s unclear if clicking the category will show you all slots or just the most popular. The presence of the Popular Games category further complicates this. Suffice it to say navigation works, but using the categories is difficult at first.
Other than that, Moonspin’s website offers a good experience. The homepage has a great layout. Our favorite feature was the “Popular” section, which displayed the 10 most popular titles on the site.

Moonspin does not have a mobile app for iOS or Android devices. This is a slight drawback, but it’s hard to dock the site too many points for it. Most sweepstakes or social casinos don’t offer apps.
You can still play Moonspin on mobile devices if you wish. It’s available on mobile browsers such as Chrome or Safari. We tried playing this way, and it was fine overall. The layout is responsive, and the games play well on mobile devices. We experienced some longer-than-desired loading times, though that could result from a slow cell signal.

One of the most unique originals is the oddly named “When Moon Bro.” It is classified as a “car crash” game, in which a car shoots forward and accelerates, raising your payout along with it. If you’re familiar with “Crash” games, it’s essentially the same thing. In fact, Moonspin has its own game called Crash, which uses the same concept.

Moonspin redemption for cash prizes
In theory, you can withdraw Moon Coins for cash prizes. In practice, it’s difficult to do so—far more difficult than at other sweepstakes casinos, even those like Chanced and Sweeptastic, which have more demanding redemption requirements. First, Moonspin imposes playthrough requirements. These mean you have to play your Moon Coins numerous times before you’re allowed to redeem them.
If you make a purchase, the playthrough is 3x, which is already higher than most sweepstakes casinos. If you don’t make a purchase, the playthrough requirement is a whopping 35x. That is astronomical, making Moonspin largely prohibitive to players who don’t wish to buy Gold Coins.

There are two ways to get support at Moonspin. We recommend making the FAQ page your first resort. It has a variety of questions and answers. If you have a common issue or inquiry, chances are it has been answered by the FAQ page.
For a more personal touch, you can start a live chat by clicking the “Help” icon at the bottom of the homepage. Enter your name and email address to get started. The default option is to chat with an AI-powered bot. Our experience was good; we asked which markets allow Moonspin, and the bot responded with a comprehensive list of available and prohibited markets.
