Online lottery courier Jackpot.com is adding another state to its growing launch list.

This time, the popular online lottery platform is taking things to the Empire State. Jackpot.com allows customers to order state lottery tickets from their phone, tablet, or desktop.

Jackpot.com launches in the second-largest US lottery market

In a press release, Jackpot.com announced a marketing partnership with Yankee Global Enterprises and the Tisch family. Yankee Global Enterprises is the New York Yankees organization (MLB) and the Tisch family co-owns the New York Giants (NFL).

The company’s launch in New York follows similar launches in Ohio and Texas.

“We’re thrilled to announce Jackpot.com’s launch in the Empire State, the nation’s second-largest lottery market,” said Jackpot.com CEO and co-founder Akshay K. Khanna.

In a press release, Khanna stated: “Jackpot.com is happy to help New Yorkers order official state lottery tickets online with increased safety, security and convenience.

At Jackpot.com, we’re always striving to increase accessibility and elevate the player experience by making it more convenient and secure for players to order lottery tickets, ensuring players don’t lose a winning ticket.”

Generating over $10.4 billion in sales through fiscal year 2022, the New York Lottery is the largest and most profitable lottery in North America.

As with its launches in Texas and Ohio, New Yorkers will be able to order several different lottery tickets.

  • Powerball
  • Mega Millions
  • Cash4Life
  • New York Lotto
  • Pick 10

Yankees and Giants express excitement in partnership

Keeping things simple, New York Yankees Senior Vice President Tony Bruno said the organization is excited about the launch. “The Jackpot.com platform has an innovative design and provides users an easily accessible interface to order official lottery tickets.

We know that it will be enjoyed by consumers, and the Yankees are excited to see it launch in New York State.”

Similarly, Carolyn Tisch said the Tisch family was thrilled to be part of Jackpot’s New York expansion. In a PR Newswire press release, Tisch commented:

“We think Jackpot.com has one of the best and most progressive solutions on the market to make the lottery more accessible to tens of millions of New Yorkers. We are thrilled to be part of Jackpot.com’s expansion in New York and its mission to positively change the way New Yorkers order official state lottery tickets.”

Since 1967, the New York Lottery has contributed more than $78.7 billion to support education statewide. Furthermore, in FY22, the state lottery contributed $3.6 billion to help support New York state public education.
