The Stadium Casino in Philadelphia does not exist yet. Construction on the project should continue until 2020.
Progress on the project has been slow due to several lawsuits from competing casino SugarHouse. However, an expanded Pennsylvania gambling law rendered those suits moot, and cleared the way for breaking ground on the property.
Stadium began life as the Philly Live! Casino project, a reflection of the other casinos owned by Cordish Companies. Although the name change occurred suddenly and through the permitting process, it could reflect the site’s location in the Stadium Park area.
On July 13, the casino’s ownership team filed a petition with the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board for full online licenses.
The petition came with a $10 million fee, evidence of how serious the request is. If approved, the casino will be able to offer poker, slot machines, and table games through online and mobile applications.

At this point, Stadium does not have an online partnership lined up. However, the project is a joint venture between the aforementioned Cordish Companies and Greenwood Racing.
Greenwood Racing is the same company which owns Parx Casino. Parx Casino does have an existing partnership with GAN. So, it’s possible that this connection will yield a partnership for Stadium as well.

Of course, with no actual casino as a basis, it’s pure speculation about what games, both slots and table, will appear on Stadium PA Online Casino. However, the standard games are pretty sure bets to be part of the platform.
