How the redemption process works

1. Choose your reward.

2. Confirm you have enough coins and submit your redemption request.

3. Your request is forwarded for verification and fulfillment checks.

4. Once approved, gift card details (or fulfillment information) will be sent to the email address on your account.

Note: Redemption fulfillment can take some time depending on verification and processing. We can’t guarantee exact delivery timelines.

• Coins are promotional, have no cash value, and are non-transferable.

• Rewards are subject to availability. If a reward becomes unavailable, we may cancel the request or offer an alternative option.
