When you join Play Perks, you can earn a one-time bonus of 500 Coins just for completing your PlayUSA profile.

What is the profile completion bonus?

The Profile Completion Bonus is a one-time Coin reward available to all eligible Play Perks users who fully complete their account profile.

How to complete your profile

To qualify for the bonus:

  1. Log in to your PlayUSA account.
  2. Click your profile icon and select “Profile” or “Account Settings.”
  3. Fill in all required fields, including display name or username, date of birth (must be 21 or older), state of residence (must be within the U.S.), and valid email address (for verification).
  4. Click “Save” or “Update Profile.”

Once your profile is 100% complete, you’ll see a confirmation message that your 500 Coins have been credited.

When you’ll receive the bonus

Your 500 Coins will usually appear in your Play Perks Dashboard instantly after saving your completed profile.

If they don’t appear right away:

  1. Refresh your dashboard or log out and back in.
  2. Wait a few minutes for processing.
  3. Check your Coin History for a “Profile Completion Bonus” entry.

Troubleshooting: Didn’t receive your Coins?

If you don’t see your 500 Coins after completing your profile:

  • Confirm that all required fields are filled out.
  • Make sure your email is verified.
  • Avoid duplicate or incomplete entries (such as missing your date of birth).
  • Try refreshing your dashboard or clearing your browser cache.

If your Coins still don’t appear after 24 hours, contact PlayUSA Customer Support for help.
