Understanding Your Dashboard and Profile Features

Your Play Perks Dashboard is the center of your rewards experience on PlayUSA.

It’s where you can track your Coin balance, monitor your activity, view available rewards, and manage your account details — all in one convenient place.

Coin Balance

At the top of your dashboard, you’ll see your current Coin balance — the total number of Play Perks Coins you’ve earned through activities like daily logins, reviews, ratings, and promotions.

This section shows:

  • Your total Coins available
  • Pending Coins awaiting verification
  • Quick links to earn more or redeem Coins in the Rewards Catalog

Remember: Coins are promotional only, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

Recent Activity

Your Recent Activity or Transaction History section keeps a running list of your Play Perks actions — both earning and spending.

Here you can see:

  • The date and type of each activity (e.g., Daily Login, Review Bonus, Reward Redemption)
  • The Coin amount earned or spent
  • The status (e.g., Pending, Approved, Fulfilled)

Use this section to double-check your earnings or track missing or pending actions.

Rewards Catalog

Your dashboard links directly to the Rewards Catalog, where you can browse items, sweepstakes entries, and other perks you can redeem with your Coins.
Each reward listing shows:

  • The Coin cost
  • The availability (while supplies last)
  • A Redeem button when you’re eligible

Redemption History

This section gives you a record of all the rewards you’ve redeemed.

You can review:

  • What you redeemed
  • When you redeemed it
  • The Coin amount used
  • The status (e.g., Pending, Approved, Fulfilled)

Profile Settings

Your Profile area contains your account and personal details, including:

  • Display name or nickname
  • Email address
  • State of residence (must be within the U.S.)
