It’s your one-stop shop to see everything you can redeem with your Coins — from digital gift cards and exclusive merchandise to sweepstakes entries and limited-time offers.

Here’s a quick guide on how to explore the Rewards Catalog and find the rewards that fit you best.

Step 1: Log In to Your PlayUSA Account


Before browsing or redeeming any rewards, make sure you’re logged in.
Go to [PlayUSA.com], click “Log In”, and enter your email and password.

Once signed in, open your Play Perks Dashboard from the top-right corner of the site and click “Rewards Catalog.”

Step 2: Browse Available Rewards


The Rewards Catalog displays all active rewards you can redeem using your Coins.
You’ll see options like:

  • Gift cards or digital vouchers
  • PlayUSA merchandise (hats, shirts, or collectibles)
  • Sweepstakes entries or raffle tickets
  • Limited-time campaign rewards

Each reward card will show:

  • A title and description

Click “Confirm” to finalize your redemption.
Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation on-screen and via email.

Step 6: Track Your Redemptions


After redeeming, go back to your Play Perks Dashboard and check the Redemption History section.
You’ll see:

  • The reward name
  • The date redeemed
  • The Coin cost
  • The status (Pending, Approved, or Fulfilled)
