How to Track My Recent Activities and Transactions

Stay on top of your Play Perks activity

Your Play Perks Dashboard gives you a complete view of everything you’ve done within the program — from earning Coins to redeeming rewards.
Tracking your recent activities and transactions helps you understand where your Coins come from, how they’re spent, and what’s still pending.

Here’s how to view all of that in one place.

Step 1: Log In to Your PlayUSA Account


Go to [PlayUSA.com] and click “Log In.”
Enter your email address and password to access your account.
Once logged in, click your profile icon or username and select “Play Perks” or “My Dashboard.”

Step 2: Open Your Activity or Transaction History


Inside your Play Perks Dashboard, look for a section labeled “Activity,” “Coin History,” or “Transactions.”
This section displays a detailed record of your Play Perks actions — both earning and spending.

You’ll typically see:

  • Date and time of each transaction
  • Action type (e.g., Daily Login, Review Bonus, Redemption)
  • Coin amount (earned or spent)
  • Status (e.g., Pending, Approved, Completed)

Step 3: Filter or Sort Your History


Many dashboards allow you to filter your activity by date or action type.
For example:

  • View only Coin earnings (daily logins, reviews, ratings)
  • View only redemptions (rewards you’ve claimed)
  • See pending transactions still awaiting approval

Filtering makes it easier to find a specific action or check whether recent activities have been credited.

Step 4: Verify Pending or Missing Transactions


If you’re waiting for Coins or rewards that haven’t appeared yet:

  • Review your transaction list for any marked Pending
  • Allow up to 24–48 hours for verification of actions like affiliate offers or campaign bonuses
  • Refresh your dashboard or log out and back in to update your balance

If an activity still isn’t showing after that time, contact PlayUSA Customer Support with details about the action (what you did and when).

Step 5: Keep an Eye on Adjustments


Occasionally, Play Perks may adjust your Coin balance — for example, to correct a duplicate entry, prevent fraud, or enforce program rules.
These adjustments will also appear in your transaction history with a note or description.

If you see an unexpected adjustment, check the Fraud and Abuse section of the Play Perks Terms & Conditions or contact Support for clarification.

Important Notes

  • All transactions are subject to verification and may be updated after review.
  • Coins are promotional and have no cash value.
  • Suspicious or automated activity may result in Coin revocation or account suspension.
  • You can only track actions tied to your own PlayUSA account — Play Perks accounts are non-transferable.
