Where to See My Redemption History

Track Your Rewards in One Place

Once you start redeeming rewards with Play Perks, it’s easy to keep track of everything you’ve claimed.
Your Redemption History gives you a complete overview of all the rewards you’ve earned, redeemed, and received — so you always know where your Coins have gone and what’s on the way.

Step 1: Log In to Your PlayUSA Account

Visit [PlayUSA.com] and click “Log In.”
Enter your registered email address and password to access your Play Perks Dashboard.

Step 2: Go to Your Play Perks Dashboard

Once logged in, click your profile icon or username at the top of the page, then select “Play Perks” or “My Dashboard.”
Your dashboard is your main hub for everything related to earning and redeeming Coins.


Step 3: Open the “Redemption History” or “My Rewards” Section

Inside your dashboard, look for a tab or section labeled “Redemption History,” “My Rewards,” or “Reward Activity.”

Here, you’ll see a detailed list showing:

  • The rewards you’ve redeemed
  • The date of each redemption
  • The Coin amount spent
  • The status of the reward (e.g., Pending, Approved, Fulfilled)

Step 4: Review Your Reward Status

Depending on the reward type, you may see different fulfillment statuses:

  • Pending – Your redemption was received and is being processed.
  • Approved – Your redemption has been verified and confirmed.
  • Fulfilled – The reward has been delivered or completed.

If an item requires further action (like confirming shipping details or accepting digital delivery), you’ll see instructions within this section.


Step 5: Contact Support if Needed

If something looks off — for example, a missing reward, incorrect Coin deduction, or an item stuck in “Pending” — reach out to PlayUSA Customer Support.
Provide your account email and the reward name or date for faster assistance.

Support can review your redemption record and help resolve any discrepancies.

  • All redemptions are subject to verification and availability.
  • Coins used for redemptions are non-refundable once submitted.
  • Rewards may take additional time to process, depending on the type and demand.
  • Fraudulent or duplicate redemptions may result in Coin revocation or account suspension, as noted in the Play Perks Terms & Conditions.
