How I used my Spins America Promo Code welcome bonus

For me, I did take advantage of both the no-deposit bonus and the first-purchase discount at Spins America. I played a lot of games I already knew and liked, such as Energy Joker and Thunder Coins. I’m also a big blackjack fan, so I tried lots of different versions of that game.

But part of this Spins America Casino review is about examining the policies at the site to see how player-friendly they are. There isn’t much that you could want to play that Spins America Casino doesn’t have. However, I didn’t see any of the following while I was playing on the site:

Of those, craps is the least bothersome. Very few sweeps sites have any version of craps. Progressive jackpot slots are more common, but they are still fairly rare. Slingo is available at most sweepstakes casinos, though, so that one is more surprising. I am a big Slingo fan, so I was disappointed.

My experience using the SpinsAmerica website was mostly positive, though there were some glitches. I kind of expect that from a newer sweeps site, but still, I do hope they get those fixed up.

First, the design. It is very simple. The background is totally white, and the fonts and images have red and blue. In a few spots, you will see the American flag. So that’s clearly the muse they are using here. Personally, I am fine with the design. It could use a bit more pops of color, but I would prefer SpinsAmerica’s simplicity over the ultra clutter of a Stake.us or the gawdiness of a Hello Millions. It’s really just personal preference.

What I evaluate more carefully is the navigation. and in this regard, Spins America is quite strong. You will find a robust navigation menu on the left-hand side (that is easily collapsible). There are also footer menus and header menus. Games are broken down into some mechanics categories (Hold N Win, Megaways, live table), some provider categories, and some other categories (such as “Popular Games.”) You can’t search for a game title, which is disappointing, given the large library. But that’s not super common at sweepstakes casinos, so I can’t be too harsh about it.

Other buttons, such as those to claim your daily bonus and those to buy or redeem coins are easy to find as well.

The other main evaluative factor here is if things load well. In many ways, Spins America passes this test. The games didn’t lag for me at all, whether I was on desktop or mobile.

However, there were some glitches I found during my testing. You may have noticed above that when I went to collect my daily bonus the first time, the claim button was grayed out. I reached out to customer support, and they confirmed: glitch. I also had some times where games weren’t loading due to glitches. Once, the game kept saying that I didn’t have enough coins to make the spin, when I definitely did. Another time, I went to play a game (21 Thor Lightning Wayz, one of my favorites), but the game said there was a partner cashier error (sigh).

One other note about the website. I noticed that Spins America signed me out way more than any other sweeps casino I have played on. Most of the ones I have played will keep me logged in at all times, as long as I use the same computer. But with Spins America, if I stepped away for just a minute or two, I had to sign back in. Social and sweepstakes casinos usually offer four kinds of customer support: live chat, email, phone, and FAQ. Players can also reach out to through social media channels for assistance, but this is usually limited. Here’s what I found available at Spins America:

If you click on the “Contact Us” link in the footer of Spins America Casino, the only option you will get is the email address.  And it isn’t even clickable. Overall, it’s the plainest looking customer support page I have seen at a sweeps site. It doesn’t really give much of a great sense of support, if I’m being honest.

The FAQ page is similarly sparse. There are only around 20 questions, and many of them are really geared more toward showing up in search engines than in actually helping existing players. For example, one question asks, “Can I earn real money in social casinos?” The response: “Traditional social casinos do not offer real-money rewards. However, websites like Spins America, allow players to redeem certain Sweepstake Coins for real prizes after meeting specific requirements.” Again, that doesn’t do much to help with specific concerns playing at Spins America. My real experience using customer support

Though the customer support channels are limited, I did find them beneficial. I emailed several times, all about some of the technical glitches that I have discussed elsewhere in this review.

In terms of which states those are…well, Spins America is not as transparent about that as I would like. Their site specifically lists New Jersey and Connecticut as states where you cannot play. Other than that, the site simply discusses “other states where your participation is not allowed by law.” So you would think that Spins America would not be available in states like Montana or Michigan. But the SpinsAmerica site doesn’t mention those states, which is disappointing.

The site does make it very clear that you need to be 18 years old or older to play.

So as long as you meet that criteria, then yes, you can absolutely play at SpinsAmerica Casino.

In terms of Spins America being safe and legit, the biggest endorsement I can give is that I feel perfectly safe playing on the site.
