My verdict on Casino.click

Casino.click is a strong sweepstakes casino with a lot to offer. Like any site, though, it has its advantages and drawbacks.

Casino.click starts things off right with a 100,000 Gold Coin welcome bonus and 2 free Sweeps Coins. Just sign up, and you’ll get the bonus. There’s also a first purchase offer for $15, which grants 250,000 Gold Coins and 25 free Sweep Coins as an added gift. The package is $10 off of the normal $25 price.

The Casino.click experience is solid overall, though I encountered a pesky issue during login (more on that further down in my review). Aside from that, a few small aesthetic choices are questionable, but everything else about the site—loading games, navigation, searching, buying coins—works like a charm on both mobile and desktop.

Games at Casino.click are mostly slot games from developers like Playnetic (available exclusively at Casino Click), Fantasma Games, Hacksaw Gaming, Relax Gaming, and others. There are no live dealer games at Casino.click, but the site does offer one table game: baccarat.

After spending a few hours with Casino.click, I determined that it’s a good site with a lot to offer. While it has some minor issues, most of them are easy to overlook.

What are other players saying about Casino.click?

Players in various corners of the internet seem to enjoy what Casino.click has to offer. The reviews I saw during my research seem to agree that Casino Click works well and pays redemption requests in a timely manner.

Reviews of Casino.click are still relatively rare, however. Since there’s no dedicated app, I couldn’t find reviews in the App Store or Google Play. Trustpilot only has a few reviews, but they are generally positive, like the one you see below. If you’re looking for a sweeps site with a native app, I would recommend High 5 Casino or Ding Ding Ding.

My real experience using Casino.click

I spent a few hours with Casino.click, testing everything from the games to the bonuses to the user experience. Here’s a quick look at my scores in various key aspects of the site. I give more detailed reasons for those scores below.

Overall Score4 / 5Casino Click does a lot of things right, but it has a few notable issues.
Website / App Experience 4 / 5The Casino Click desktop and mobile sites function well, though the visuals can be hard to see with the chosen colors.
Sign-up Bonus4.5 / 5Casino Click grants 100,000 Gold Coins and 2 free Sweep Coins on sign-up. That's on the upper end, compared to competitors.
Prize Likelihood 4 / 5I felt like I always had a reasonable chance to win at Casino Click.
Benefits for Existing Users 3.5 / 5Casino Click has one ongoing promo and occasional seasonal events, not nearly as much as some other sites.
Game Selection 4 / 5Casino Click offers more than 200 slots and a single table game, about middle of the pack compared to other sweepstakes casinos.
Customer Support4.5 / 5Customer support is fast, responsive, and available through many channels.

Website and app experience | 4/5

My first question whenever I play at a sweepstakes casino like Casino.click is simple: how easy is it? This encompasses everything about the site, from sign-up to navigation to purchasing Gold Coins.

As they say, every rose has its thorn. Casino.click’s first “thorn” came when I tried to sign up. I outline the issue in more detail in the Customer Support section, but suffice it to say that sign-up was rendered difficult by an issue with Casino.click’s phone verification process. Thankfully, customer support assisted me and got me on the right track. After I overcame that initial problem, Casino.click went uphill.

I appreciate simplicity in a sweepstakes casino. I’m here to play games, and I don’t need a bunch of arbitrary frills. Casino.click excels in this area, providing a simple and clean user interface and home page.

The games take center stage. Exclusives, Top Games, and Seasonal titles were all featured, which meant I could play them with a single click.

The hamburger menu on the left-hand side of the homepage opens to reveal the following categories:

  • Lobby
  • Favorites
  • Exclusive
  • Top Games
  • New Games
  • Slots
  • Seasonal
  • Promotions
  • Coin Shop

Clicking on any of these options brought me immediately to the corresponding page, sorting the games into their categories. This is a great feature. However, Casino Click lacks a category for table games, and the site does offer them. I had to search “Baccarat” to find that game instead of filtering for table games via a pre-existing category. I recognize that Casino Click only has one table game and is perhaps trying not to call attention to that fact. However, for people who enjoy table games, it would be nice to know that the site offers them (after all, very few sweeps casinos do).

Casino Click options

My main gripe with the website is the choice of colors. The main color of the Casino Click site is dark blue, bordering on black. The font color of the menu? A dark grey. I’ve got glasses, and I go to the eye doctor every year, but I still had a hard time reading some of the text. It’s one thing to shoot for a specific aesthetic, and it’s another to stick with a color palette that makes things hard to see. Casino Click’s secondary color is yellow-orange, and it seems like an easy play to make the menu text that color instead.

Back to the positives, though. I also liked how easy it was to switch between Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. A single press of a button at the top right toggled between the currencies.

Another quick thing to note is that Casino Click doesn’t bombard you with pop-ups. I’ve played at dozens of sweepstakes casinos, and so many of them will hit you with multiple pop-ups before you play. Casino Click shirks that strategy and lets you get right to the good stuff.

Finally, let’s quickly cover payment options at Casino Click. It’s easy to find the Coin Shop—two golden buttons are clearly labeled on the home page, and either one will take you to the shop. Once I selected a coin package (my review budget is $20, so I selected the $25 option and sacrificed five of my own hard-earned dollars), Casino Click gave me the following purchase options:

  • Bitcoin
  • Credit Card
  • Litecoin
  • Solana
  • Cardano
  • Dogecoin
  • Binance Coin
  • Shiba Inu
  • Ripple

I’m not a crypto guy, so I went with the credit card purchase. This is another point in Casino Click’s favor. While many crypto sweepstakes casinos stick solely to crypto, Casino Click offers credit card purchases for players like me who don’t want to bother with digital currency. The purchase process was simple and quick; it took me about 45 seconds to finish purchasing my Gold Coins, and I received some free Sweeps Coins as an added bonus. You can even purchase more Gold Coins from within a game, without exiting play. This is an amazing feature I wish all sweepstakes casinos would add.

Overall, I found a lot to like about Casino Click’s user interface and experience. A few small hitches keep it from matching up with other sweepstakes casinos, but it gets the job done. And to be fair, the site does have a few features that I wish its competitors would adopt.

Did I like the app?

The easy answer here is that it doesn’t exist! Casino.click doesn’t have a dedicated mobile app, and while an app would be nice, I don’t hold it against the sweepstakes casino. It’s common for sweepstakes social casinos to offer mobile play via browser only. When a site does have an app, I consider it a bonus. In other words, it’s not a make-or-break factor when I review a casino.

That said, I played Casino.click via mobile browser (I have an iPhone 15 and used Google Chrome). The mobile version of Casino.click is well-optimized for portrait mode play, and it functions almost indistinguishably from an app. The games play well on mobile. I gave Star Kittyzens (trust me, this isn’t the last you’ll be hearing about the game) a try for a few spins. It played like a dream, looked great in portrait mode, and loaded swiftly. I couldn’t ask for much more from Casino Click on mobile.

Sign-up bonus | 4.5 / 5

Casino.click’s sign-up bonus is a simple two-parter:

  1. No-deposit bonus of 100,000 Gold Coins and 2 free Sweep Coins
  2. First purchase offer: $15 for 250,000 Gold Coins and 25 free Sweep Coins as a gift ($10 off)

These bonus elements are right in line with welcome bonuses at competing sweepstakes casinos. I also greatly appreciated how easy both were to claim. The no-deposit bonus hit my account as soon as I created my account. While some sites require you to jump through hoops, such as following them on socials or completing various tasks to earn the bonus, Casino Click just grants the bonus, clean and simple.

The first purchase offer was also a breeze. Buying the coins took less than a minute with a credit card, and the bonus Sweep Coins as a gift were added alongside the Gold Coins I purchased right away.

Casino Click Sign-up bonus

To put that no-deposit bonus in context, it’s very average for the social casino industry. The amounts (100,000 GC and 2 SC) are nearly identical to what you get at Crown Coins Casino and RealPrize Casino.

How did I use my Casino.click sign-up bonus?

With the sign-up bonus, first purchase offer, and daily bonus in tow, I headed to the Casino.click lobby. I’m a sucker for any cat-themed game, so I booted up Playnetic’s Star Kittyzens, a 3×3 slot game with spacefaring felines. It was a delightful and simple game with lots of colorful cat-themed imagery and a scatter bonus, which I unfortunately didn’t trigger. After about 30 spins at 1 SC apiece, I was down to 7.40 remaining of my starting balance of 38 Sweep Coins.

Next, I tried Marching Legions by developer Relax Gaming. I lowered my play to 0.5 per spin to make my SC last a bit longer. I played 25 spins on autoplay, and after a few successful features, I emerged with a balance of 13.45 Sweep Coins. Playing across numerous games kept me engaged longer, and it gave me plenty of opportunities to recoup losses.

I spent a fair amount of time with Gold Coin play as well, and the 100,000 from the bonus plus the additional Gold Coins I purchased were more than enough to keep me in the game for a few hours, even with bets of 1,000 GC or more per spin.

Prize likelihood | 4/5

Luck is a natural element of sweepstakes casinos. There’s never a guarantee that you’ll win because you’re playing games of chance. In fact, you should probably expect to lose. Responsible sweepstakes casino users play only for entertainment.

That said, various other factors can paint the picture of a sweepstakes casino’s likelihood of doling out wins.

  • Playthrough requirement: Casino Click only requires 1x playthrough. This means you have to use your Sweep Coins at least once before they become redeemable. Some competitors have 3x, 5x, or even higher playthroughs, so this is a point in Casino Click’s favor.
  • Redemption minimum: Casino Click requires 100 or more redeemable Sweep Coins to get a prize. Plenty of other sweeps sites have similar minimums, but still, that is the highest minimum I have seen in the industry.
  • Redemption options: Casino Click offers redemptions via cryptocurrency or bank transfers. Gift cards would be nice, as they usually have lower minimums.
  • Daily Gift: You can claim Gold Coins and free Sweep Coins each day to boost your account and play more (for more chances to win). This makes players more likely to redeem a prize.
  • RTP and volatility: Casino Click offers games at different volatility levels and RTP percentages, giving you different ways to play. Some sweeps sites only offer games that are very hard to win. So again, this is a point in Casino Click’s favor.

The playthrough requirement of 1x, the daily gift, and the fact that plenty of games have high RTPs are all positives. However, the 100 SC redemption minimum and limited redemption options make it difficult to redeem for a casual player like me. This all balances out to a generally “good” score of 4 out of 5.

Did I get a cash prize?

Did my experience align with the points I made above? Absolutely. To be fair, my review budget of $20 to spend at Casino Click just isn’t enough to warrant a 100 SC win unless I was lucky enough to hit some great slot bonus rounds. Your mileage can and will vary, of course, based on what you play and your luck that day.

That said, I was pleasantly surprised with the balance of wins and losses I experienced at Casino Click. I felt like with enough time and just enough luck, I could potentially win enough SC to redeem a prize.

Benefits for existing users | 3.5/5

During my time perusing Casino Click’s promotions for existing users, my primary thought was “bare minimum.” Sure, the promotions get the job done, but they’re a far cry from the massive selection of WOW Vegas or regular seasonal deals at McLuck.

Casino Click’s “Daily Gift” is the most intriguing of the site’s ongoing promotions. It promises 20,000 Gold Coins plus 10 free SC spins on Samba Rio every day you access the site. Note that you don’t receive actual Sweep Coins. Instead, you get 10 SC spins on Samba Rio, and any wins will be added to your SC balance. This is very different than most other sweeps sites, which just give you a certain amount when you log in. Which is better? It just depends on your preference, I guess. At the end of the day, you likely average out to about the same amount of extra SC every day.

I will say, though, that I encountered a glitch with the Daily Gift. When I tried to claim the bonus, I got an error saying, “You can’t click for another offer yet. Play your active one first.” I hadn’t claimed another offer beyond making a first purchase, so I’m unsure what this meant, and I was unable to claim the Daily Gift promo.

The Casino Click Promotions page also has a category labeled “Game Special.” Clicking on it resulted in a blank page for me. There was also a “Seasonal Gift hunt” promotion offering prizes and purchase boosts. Presumably, Casino Click will run occasional promotions based on holidays, seasons, or big events.

Casino Click doesn’t have a loyalty or rewards program at the time of this writing.

Overall, I was disappointed with Casino Click’s ongoing promotions, but the welcome bonus and the promise of occasional seasonal offerings were enough to pique my interest. Since the site is fairly new, I hope they clean up some of the gaffes I experienced and start offering the types of promos existing users get at other sweeps casinos.

Will I keep playing?

The promotion that most entices me at Casino Click is the Daily Gift. Bonus spins are a nice way to get me to try different games, and the 20,000 Gold Coins are a nice way to top off my account. While it was a tad annoying to see I couldn’t claim it, I’ll return to try again later and take advantage of similar offers.

Casino.click Game Collection | 4/5

The vast majority of sweepstakes casinos focus primarily on slot games, and Casino Click is no different. The site has more than 225 slots from trusted and reputable developers.

There aren’t any jackpot slots at Casino Click, which means you won’t find any progressive prizes offered. Still, the variety of slots is strong, even if the sheer volume isn’t as big as competing sites.

I also discovered by sheer chance that Casino Click has a single table game: Baccarat. There was no category for table games in the menus, but I decided to search for popular games (think blackjack, roulette, etc.) to see if anything popped up. Sure enough, there was baccarat! It isn’t advertised or featured at Casino Click in any way.

A small handful of novelty games are available at Casino.click. These include Blocks and Plinko, both from Hacksaw Gaming’s Dare2Win line.

What’s missing from the Casino Click library?

While Casino Click has a strong library of slots and a single table game, that leaves a few gaps in the library. For example, there aren’t any live dealer games on the site. Stake.US, High 5 Casino, and McLuck are alternate options that have such games.

Additionally, the presence of only one table game is a big miss for Casino Click. Baccarat is fun and all, but it’d be a huge boon to have roulette, craps, blackjack, and other table games available.

Finally, I’d like to see progressive jackpot slots incorporated into the library to spice things up at Casino Click.

Customer Support | 4.5/5

Casino.click has four different ways to get help if you need it: live chat, phone, email, and an FAQ page. Like I say about options at a buffet, “I tried ‘em all.”

Email support was excellent. I emailed Casino.click’s support address and received a response in four minutes. To be fair, my question was a simple lob: “Do you accept Litecoin?” However, the agent responded with an answer swiftly, which has not been my experience at other sweepstakes casinos.

I tried live chat early on in my Casino.click experience, and I describe it in much greater detail below (preview: it’s helpful).

Phone support was also solid; a representative picked up quickly and answered my question (another payment inquiry) with helpful details.

So far, so good. Casino Click gets a leg up by offering all three of these methods and making them available to everyone, whereas other sites sometimes paywall live chat support and very few even offer phone support.

Then I came to the FAQ, which is lackluster, to say the least. The “Prizes” section about redemptions contains four articles. Clicking through to an article summoned only a blank screen with no text or information.

Other sections of the FAQ did have text and information, but it was limited in scope and hardly helpful. I exited the FAQ after a while, thankful for Casino Click’s alternative customer support options.

MethodDoes Casino Click have it?How usable is it?
Live chatYesGreat; agents responded in a few minutes and helped with my issues, though there were some miscommunications.
PhoneYesGood; agents answered questions quickly, and I had no wait time (called on a Friday at 1:30 p.m.).
EmailYesFantastic: I got a response in four minutes
FAQYesLimited; some articles are blank, and others are barely a sentence with no helpful information.

How quickly did I get a response?

Normally, I would test a sweepstakes casino’s customer support with filler questions, such as “How can I redeem for prizes?” or “How can I purchase Gold Coins with a debit card?”

With Casino Click, I actually had to contact customer support from the jump. I couldn’t sign in because the site didn’t send a verification code to my phone, which was required for the registration process. So, I took to customer support via live chat. While this scenario was less than ideal, I was pleased with the results.

A support agent responded to me within two minutes. You read that right—an agent. No bot. No selecting from a group of arbitrary categories. No hurdles, hoops, or obstacles. I can’t overstate how refreshing that is.

However, my experience quickly diminished from there. The agent explained that I should resend the code (which I tried multiple times to no avail). They then suggested I clear my browsing history and try opening the site in a new tab. These solutions, while well-intentioned, didn’t work, and the agent kept sending odd messages like “Are we still connected?” only seconds after sending me instructions, so I constantly had to explain I was still online. Another one said, “Please contact us anytime! We’re here 24/7!” That’s a nice thing to know but completely irrelevant to my issue. The agent seemed sure it was a browser issue, but to me, it seemed like a Casino Click issue.

That said, the agent stuck with me through it all and helpfully resolved the problem after a while. I appreciated the care and time they took to fix the problem for me. I was finally able to log in and start playing.

While this issue was highly specific, it showcases the support I received. The email and phone lines both had seamless and helpful experiences to offer.

Pros & Cons of playing at Casino.click

  • Welcome bonus and first purchase offer lead to nice initial package
  • Customer support generally responsive and helpful
  • Buy coins from within a game—no need to exit first
  • FAQ page outdated and unhelpful
  • Daily Gift bonus mechanics unclear
  • No live dealer games

Did I feel safe using the site?

Short answer: yes.

In general, I felt like I was in good hands at Casino Click. The site is SSL encrypted, which I’ve come to expect from sweepstakes casinos (any site that lacks it has an immediate red flag).

Further, Casino Click uses a model that made me feel comfortable. Since you can’t buy Sweep Coins and instead only receive them as a bonus or a free gift, I felt at ease. While some sites are muddled in their language around this (making them suspect), Casino Click has its operations buttoned up in that regard.

Finally, Casino Click is available in all US states except for Idaho, Michigan, Nevada, Kentucky, and Washington. While its lack of availability in these states can be disappointing, it’s also a sign that it’s a reputable site. These states are the most common to prohibit sites like Casino Click.

How does Casino Click compare to other top social casinos?
