Novomatic Interactive has taken the Diamond Cash series into fruit machine territory with Diamond Cash – Mighty Sevens. It combines all the great features of the other games with a nostalgic sense of classic slot style that complements the gameplay well.
During gameplay, you can make things more exciting with the double or nothing red/black gamble and enjoy guaranteed wins during free games. However, what everyone is really hoping for is the progressive grand jackpot, which awards a minimum of 1000x the total bet.

What makes Diamond Cash – Mighty Sevens slot great
Mighty Sevens has all the great gameplay features you expect from a game in the Diamond Cash series.
- Impressive progressive jackpots: Enjoy potentially limitless wins in the progressive grand jackpot.
- Player choice: Spice up standard spins by taking a double or nothing gamble on your winnings.
- Fun gameplay loop: Free games have a special mechanic that makes it easier to trigger the jackpot feature.
How Diamond Cash – Mighty Sevens slot could improve
This slot is essentially a clone, and the generic visual style only underlines this.
- Distinction from other Diamond Cash games: Mighty Sevens is more or less a clone of the other Diamond Cash titles.
- Higher RTP: A return-to-player of only 95% is somewhat poor.
- More interesting visuals: Mighty Sevens isn’t bad-looking, but it needs distinct visuals to stand out from other Diamond Cash games. The generic casino theme doesn’t do it.

Bonus and jackpots for Diamond Cash – Mighty Sevens slot (Rating of 5/5)
Diamond Cash – Mighty Sevens features a compelling mixture of fixed jackpots, progressives, and different free games. The eponymous diamond cash feature is the gateway to the jackpots and the main appeal, but it’s not all the game has to offer. There’s also a red/black gamble game where you can take a 50:50 bet to double your winnings after a normal pay-line win.
Progressive jackpots
Land six or more diamond symbols in a single spin to fill the diamond meter and trigger diamond cash. The diamonds turn pink, and you have the potential to win four jackpots. The first three trigger when landing a pink diamond with the associated logo from the jackpot, which are:
- Mini jackpot: 10x total bet
- Minor jackpot: 50x total bet
- Major jackpot: 200x total bet plus progressive reward
The grand progressive jackpot has a different trigger mechanism and the highest reward. You need to fill all 15 spaces on the reels with pink diamonds to win it, and the payout varies because of the progressive bonus. You start out with 1000x your total bet but also receive 1% of all wagers made since the last player won the jackpot.
Guaranteed wins with win spins
While winning seven free slot games isn’t impressive, there are two qualities that make win spins an impressive feature. First, you’re guaranteed to have seven wins by the end of the feature. Any loss during win spins will respin until you’ve won, which can translate into impressive results. What’s even more impressive, though, is that these respins can fill the diamond meter and don’t empty after the spin. This gives you many more ways to trigger diamond cash and get another shot at the jackpots.
Diamond Cash – Mighty Sevens slot graphics and visuals (Rating of 3/5)
When a slot decides to go for the well-worn fruit machine theme, it really needs to knock it out of the park, or else it feels generic. Diamond Cash – Mighty Sevens fails in this regard, with visuals that don’t look bad but do produce a sense of déjà vu. While the appearance doesn’t have the sort of shortcomings necessary to produce a bad score, it’s so mundane that we can’t award a good score, either. We rate the visuals of this title at 3/5.
Diamond Cash – Mighty Sevens slot gameplay (Rating of 4/5)
The core gameplay of Diamond Cash – Mighty Sevens has a quick but satisfying pace that’s not quite too fast to follow. With regard to pacing, one smart choice was the option to turn off the gambling game. If you don’t want to play the red/black gamble, then you can switch it off in advance so it doesn’t disrupt the pace of the game. Another way to streamline gameplay is by using autoplay, which comes with broad limits for maximum loss/single wins. The only weak link of the gameplay is RTP, which stands at a mediocre 95%.
Overall rating for Diamond Cash – Mighty Sevens by Novomatic Interactive (Rating of 4/5)
Diamond Cash – Mighty Sevens delivers excellent gameplay just like the other games in the series, but it doesn’t do much to feel fresh or original from the others. If you really enjoy the classic fruit machine style, it makes sense to try this one. Mighty Sevens offers outstanding progressive wins and exhilarating gameplay that warrant a 4/5 score.
