Baywatch highlights

  • Fun theme based on an iconic TV show
  • Various features available
  • High maximum bet

Baywatch features Mitch, Cody, CJ, and Caroline, characters from the TV show, as they watch the waves for any signs of trouble. The game offers a plethora of bonus features to keep the slow-motion run going. It’s a high-volatility slot, though, so don’t expect frequent wins. When wins do occur, they tend to be large, but this is a trend—not a guarantee.

How to play Baywatch slot

At its core, playing the Baywatch slot is very simple. Clicking the “spin” button will start a game, and the slot will tell you if you’ve won. Repeat to keep the fun going! We’ll cover the ways to spin and a handful of other must-known details before you get started. Remember, you can play Baywatch for free in demo mode on this page to get acquainted with how it works.

Game rules

The game rules are available by clicking “Game Rules.” Straightforward, right? The button summons a comprehensive overview of the game’s various features, rules, and bonuses. Baywatch doesn’t have many mechanics that feel offbeat or unusual, so most slot players will feel right at home with the game.

How to read pay lines

Paylines are read from left to right in Baywatch. Matching three or more symbols on an active payline will result in a win. Certain symbols pay more than others, and the more you land, the more you win. We’ll cover symbol values further down on this page. Baywatch has 15 pay lines.

Ways to spin

The yellow button with a circling black arrow is the “spin” button in Baywatch. Click it to launch a single spin, which will then resolve and allow you to do it again. Between spins, you can change your coin value, which in turn alters your total bet.

Another way to spin is by using auto spin. The button for auto spin is in the lower right-hand corner of the game screen. It opens a menu with options for the number of spins, loss limit, and optional win limits. You can select options before starting your spins:

  • Number of auto spins: 10, 20, 30, 50, or 100
  • Loss limit: 1x, 2x, 5x, 10x, or 100x your bet
  • Stop if win exceeds: 1x, 2x, 3x, 5x, 10x, or 100x your bet (this is optional)

Auto spins stop automatically if you trigger a bonus, meet your parameters, or run out of auto spins. You can also stop them manually whenever you want.

How Baywatch works

Baywatch doesn’t deviate much from the normal slot gameplay structure. The game has pay lines and symbols with specific values. In this section, we’ll cover all the symbols and how they pay.

Baywatch symbols

Here are the base game symbols in Baywatch along with their values based on how many matching symbols appear on a winning pay line.

Symbol Five of a kind Four of a kind Three of a kind
Mitch 100 50 20
CJ 200 50 20
Cody 75 25 10
Caroline 75 25 10
Speedboat 25 15 8
Truck 25 15 8
ATV 20 10 5
Paddleboard 20 10 5
Binoculars 20 10 5

Special symbol: wild

The Baywatch wild symbols looks like a gnarly wave with the word “WILD” on it. It substitutes for all symbols except Bonus.

Special symbols: bonus

You’ll recognize the Bonus symbol thanks to the word “Bonus” being emblazoned on it in all caps. Landing three Bonus symbols anywhere on reels 2, 3, and 4 will trigger free spins and pay two times your bet.

Baywatch bonus rounds and features

Baywatch is packed with cool features for players to encounter.

Symbol Replacement Feature

Every base game spin will feature two lifeguards from the four available. They only appear in pairs featuring one man and one woman. This feature happens between spins, but it can trigger the teamwork feature once a spin resolves.

Teamwork Feature

Randomly during base game spins, lifeguard symbols can transform to make a combined team symbol. Teamwork symbols have higher values than their individual components.

Symbol Five of a kind Four of a kind Three of a kind
Mitch and CJ 250 125 20
Mitch and Caroline 250 125 20
Cody and CJ 250 125 10
Cody and Caroline 250 125 10

As seen in the table above, all the teams have the same value when they land on an active pay line.

Tidal Wilds Feature

Any spin can trigger the Tild Wilds feature at random. Each wild symbol can expand to fill a full reel. It can expand again to fill one or two adjacent reels for massive wins. The wild symbol only appears on reels 2, 3, and 4, but it can expand to other reels.

Free Spins Bonus

Land three bonus symbols on reels 2, 3, and 4 to trigger Baywatch’s free spins round. Before the spins begin, you’ll select a team of lifeguards with one male and one female lifeguard. Each lifeguard has their own benefits:

  • Mitch: More stacks, 3-5 free spins
  • Cody: More spins, 7-12
  • CJ: More stacks, 3-6 free spins
  • Caroline: More spins, 7-12

Only your selected lifeguards will appear during free spins, and the teamwork feature is always active for the bonus. Free spins have payouts that are different from those of the base game.

Baywatch jackpot

Baywatch is not one of the many jackpot slots available at online casinos in legal states. However, its high maximum bet means there are big potential wins in the game.
