My Real Experience Testing for this Acebet.cc Casino review

During my test of Acebet.cc, I played for three hours on the mobile app that I downloaded via the Apple App Store. In total, I received the 5,000 Gold Coin sign-up bonus and then made $20 worth of purchases, which equated to 200,000 Gold Coins and 20.20 Sweeps Coins. I made a $15 package purchase, followed by one for $5. I was also able to claim some additional Sweeps Coins through verifying my phone number, enabling mobile notifications, and the daily rakeback amount. In total, that was about another 1.83 Sweeps Coins. 

So, in all, I had roughly 22 Sweeps Coins to work with. The games I primarily focused on were Le Cowboy, a slot by Hacksaw Gaming, AceBet Blackjack, a live dealer game by Iconic21, and Acebet.cc’s personally developed Blackjack title. After signing up at Acebet.cc, I received 5,000 Gold Coins and no free Sweeps Coins. There was a first-purchase offer available consisting of a 200% match and 10 additional Sweeps Coins. As mentioned earlier, in hindsight, I should’ve just immediately taken up Acebet.cc on this offer, as I planned to purchase to review the casino. However, I closed out of it only to realize I couldn’t exactly find a way back to this offer to redeem it. So, it appears that when you see this window pop up, that may be the only chance you have to take advantage of it.

While I take responsibility for that, I believe Acebet.cc would benefit from making that accessible later rather than relying on a “FOMO” offer.

As for the playthrough requirements, it’s just 1x, which is perfect. Anything higher is an immediate red flag to me.

Unfortunately, I was unable to build up enough Sweeps Coins to request a redemption. After making my purchase and claiming other promos, I had around 22 Sweeps Coins and only reached as high as 42 Sweeps Coins or so.

The game library and variety are something I have very little issue with at Acebet.cc. This library is filled with free slots, live dealer games, table games, and other casino-like games such as Plinko, Crash, and more. The only small issue I have is that the minimum amounts for many of the live dealer games, especially blackjack, are 10 Sweeps Coins. That’s quite a lot for a single stake. Granted, I did manage to get a win, but that’s a fairly large amount to wager.

I was impressed with the providers, too. These include Iconic21, NetGaming, KA Gaming, SlotMill Games, Penguin King, Hacksaw Gaming, Spinlab, and more.

Overall, there were about 40 slot games on each page and 69 pages total. These, coupled with the other games, brought the total to about 3,000 across all types and categories.

The standout library is definitely the slots, though I do wish there were additional filter options, such as themes. That said, I also liked the Acebet.cc Originals, too, which included Dice, Crash, Mines, and more.

Slot Providers

In all, I counted 45 slot providers. This is a great number of providers as it allows for variety within the Slot category. Sure, many games have the same premise, but there are certain series players can enjoy, such as the “Le” series from Hacksaw Gaming. These include Le Acebet, Le Cowboys, Le Fisherman, Le Bandit, and more.

In terms of the providers, I don’t have anything negative to say or weaknesses to highlight. Acebet.cc has games from the top sweepstake casino providers, and the quality is excellent.

The best categories to me were the Slots and the Acebet.cc Originals. While I enjoy playing blackjack and table games, I also enjoy playing games such as Mines, Dice, and more.

The slots library also consists of nearly 30 fishing titles, which I know is a theme/type of game many enjoy.

The only games that I immediately noticed were missing were scratch cards and perhaps some other “arcade games” like Chicken or the CCTV live game where you guess the number of cars that cross through intersections.

My experience playing at Acebet.cc included the iOS app. Overall, the navigation and exploring the site was easy. There wasn’t a dedicated “homepage” button or anything like that, but the icon in the upper left corner acted as it. The menu along the bottom made it easy to get between pages, too, though I do wish there was a link to the live dealer games along with the Originals and Slots. As for Responsible Gaming tools, I was only able to manually access my self-exclusion. It appeared that, for setting limits, I needed to contact customer support directly. That’s certainly something I’m not a fan of, as players should have the power to seamlessly dictate their playing experience in that way.

As for the games and quality, everything loaded with ease and I didn’t experience any buffering. There’s also a site-wide chat that you can participate in to discuss games with other players or banter.

Finally, another change that could be made would be a more prominent way to access customer support instead of it being buried at the bottom of the collapsible menu; perhaps a link along the static bottom menu would be best as this would allow players to instantly get in touch with support if they needed it.

The daily login bonus is somewhat perplexing to me, though. I was only able to access it after verifying my account (that’s fine), but it then said I could claim 1 Sweeps Coin daily when my balance was under 10 Sweeps Coins. First, I was unable to receive it even after my balance fell. Second, I’m not a fan of the limit of 10 Sweeps Coins; just allow people to redeem it regardless.

There are other promotions, such as instant, daily, weekly, pre-monthly, and monthly rakeback. The rate depends on your loyalty status. For me, I was Bronze I, so it was 1.25%. I also like the Gold Coins faucet, which provides 1,000 Gold Coins immediately after you hit zero Gold Coins.

Also, there’s a mail-in bonus, known as an AMOE offer. With this, after completing the mail-in offer, you’ll receive free Sweeps Coins for completing it. This provides you with 7.5 free Sweeps Coins, which is higher than other sites I’ve seen.

Finally, you can complete surveys to earn free Sweeps Coins, and these take mere minutes to complete. Overall, there are quite a few different promotions for existing players, though I’d like to see more focused on particular games.

From playing at Acebet.cc, it’s not exactly clear how to differentiate between what’s new and what isn’t. You can sort games by how new they are, but it’s unclear if they’re new as in they came out only a few days ago versus they’re the newest thing that came out, but it was months ago.

After my own experience at Acebet.cc and reading the reviews of other players, it appears Acebet.cc is a bit of a mixed bag. I personally didn’t encounter any issues other than feeling as though it was difficult to reach the 50 Sweeps Coin mark for a redemption. That said, other players, especially on Trustpilot, seemed to have real issues with the platform. Some of them were a lack of knowledge, such as the minimum redemption mark, but the RTP% is a legitimate claim, as the most popular slots, per the site, have an RTP of 94%, which is on the lower end.

That said, over at the Apple App Store, the reviews praised the mobile app, games, and customer support,t and I have to agree with those sentiments, too. I had a great time on the mobile app, the customer support was some of the best, and the game library had great variety.
