When I signed up for Betr Casino, there were three things immediately available to me: the daily login bonuses, the first-purchase bonus, and an insurance offer.

While the daily login bonus isn’t technically a sign-up bonus, I was able to claim it right away: 5,000 Gold Coins and 1 Free Betr Cash on the first day, and 5,000 Gold Coins after that.

Then I went over the Gold Coins packages and noticed that, thanks to the first-purchase bonus, I received an additional 25% in Gold Coins and an additional 5% in Free Betr Cash.

Finally, the insurance offer. This offer allowed me to opt in after I made my first purchase. From there, I was eligible to receive all net losses after the first 24 hours of play, up to 100 Betr Cash.

The best part? The insurance I would’ve received back would only have 1x playthrough requirements.

Overall, I loved being able to get the daily login bonus right away. The first-purchase bonus was OK, but I’ve seen much more lucrative Gold Coins packages with a first purchase elsewhere. That said, the insurance offer was a nice addition to help offset the somewhat-lacking first-purchase bonus.

How did I use my Betr Social Casino sign-up bonus?

After signing up at Betr, redeeming the daily login bonus, and making my first purchase, I played three games: 3 Super Hot Chillies, Chicken Run, and Blackjack Suited Perfect Pairs.

I tried various types of free slots, but I didn’t stray into other titles. I’m personally a fan of crash games, which is the category Chicken Run was in.

After making my first purchase of $19.99, which included 50,000 Gold Coins and 21 Betr Cash, I lost it within an hour of playing.

That said, I think that may be more of an indictment on my play style more so than Betr Casino. Chicken Run kept me thoroughly entertained, but it’s one of those games that is definitely a bit more volatile, and I was a bit aggressive in trying to push the multipliers.

I’d say that, depending on how much you purchase and your overall style of play, your Betr Cash will likely last longer than mine did.

When it comes to top social casinos such as Betr, the main focus is entertainment. That said, yes, you can earn Betr Cash and redeem it for cash prizes. Whenever I’ve been asked about social/sweepstakes casinos, I always recommend, even to responsible casino players, that they only ever make purchases in an amount that they can afford to lose and focus more on having fun. To me, it’s similar to going to see a movie, for example.

As for how redemptions are set up, you only need 10 Betr Cash, which is a great minimum threshold. I’m used to seeing 50 or 100 Sweeps Coins (Betr Cash equivalent). The playthrough requirements are also great at 1x. I’ve seen other social/sweepstakes casinos that are 3x or even higher.

The daily bonus size gives players a lot to enjoy with the 5,000 Gold Coins and 1 Free Betr Cash on the first day, and 5,000 Gold Coins after that.

After examining the game library, the RTP range on slots was around 94% to 96%, which is fairly average. The crash games can be quite volatile, but winning feels great.

While I didn’t win, the minimum redemption amount of 10 Betr Cash and the 1x playthrough requirements make it extremely accessible for winnings.

Did I get a cash prize?

During my play session, I didn’t win a cash prize, but that’s OK. Again, social/sweepstakes casinos are meant for entertainment, so that, along with the way and types of games I played, likely contributed to that.

Even if I had more time to play, I think the outcome would’ve been similar, though I might have been a bit more cautious on Chicken Run rather than more aggressive.

Betr Casino doesn’t have a website version. The only way to play at Betr Casino is on the mobile app, which also houses the Arcade, DFS game, and social sportsbook.

The layout of the mobile app was simple, yet modern.

Along the top, there were options for other gaming platforms at Betr. Below that was the casino itself with your Gold Coins and Betr Cash balance in the upper right.

Just below that was the menu of games, including the search bar, new titles, slots, table games, live dealer, and crash games. Then, under that, you’ll immediately see the available casino games for that section.

I did experience some small issues, though. When I opened a game, I could rotate my phone to play horizontally or vertically, but when I tried to switch from horizontal to vertical, it didn’t adjust properly, and I had to close out and restart the session.

Making purchases was also easy on the mobile app. I clicked the “+” next to my coin balance. The options available to me were a debit card and online banking.

As for redemption methods, it only included a debit card, bank transfer, or transferring your social casino balance to Betr Fantasy. While other methods such as PayPal and Venmo were available in other Betr game modes, they weren’t at the casino.

Did I like the app?

I really enjoyed the Betr mobile app. There’s not a lot to it in terms of features and whatnot, but I’m more of a fan of a simple mobile app. Just give me a menu of the games, a search bar, and easily scannable games, and I’m happy.

Something else I liked was the menu at the bottom of the app, which included links to the homepage, refer-a-friend bonus, the sportsbook, and your account.

In the account menu, you can view your transaction history, casino history, preferences, gaming limits, support, and state settings.

State settings allow you to change the state you’re in, so long as you’re physically located in the state.

For example, I traveled from Maine to New Hampshire, changed the settings, and I was able to play at the sweepstakes casino. I’d recommend checking this setting, too, if you’re traveling, to be sure you’re receiving the correct offerings.

Benefits for existing Betr players |  4/ 5

During my play session, the only bonuses I found for existing players were the daily login bonus, which, for me, was 5,000 Gold Coins and 1 Free Betr Cash (5,000 Gold Coins after that).

I did additional investigation and learned about the VIP Program, but it’s actually quite quirky for casino players. The program is called the Betr Ballers Club VIP Program.

You can gain entry by invitation, playing at least $500 in cash entries with a 50x or higher multiplier during the month, or status matching (if you’re a VIP at another DFS/sportsbook app).

So, there’s no way to gain entry by playing at the casino. That said, if you do get an invite, there are perks for casino players.

The perks include getting 5% of your Betr Cash losses back each week when you play 100 Betr Cash or more. This bonus is paid every Tuesday by 5 pm EST.

Will I keep playing at Betr Social Casino?

While there aren’t many existing player promotion bonuses, the daily login bonus is more than enough to keep me coming back. I also enjoy the crash game section at Betr Casino, so the daily login bonus will give me plenty to look forward to.

Also, it’s fair to assume that, over time, more promotions for existing players will be added.

The games available at Betr Casino include slots, table games, live dealer games, and crash games. In all, I found about 150 total titles. Now, this is much lower than many other social casinos, but I felt like there were enough games to choose from.

One feature I like about the game library is that you can see the top titles in each section in your state. This gives players, including me, a great way to see what people are enjoying and to try it out for myself to see if I enjoy it too.

Many top-tier game providers bring this library to life. These include 3 Oaks Gaming, Gamzix, BGaming, and more.

This library isn’t as large as some competitors’, but there are still plenty of options to choose from.

After scanning the library, there are only about 150 games. That said, it covers many different types of games. However, the one game type I wish Betr Social Casino had was scratch cards or live baccarat.

Betr Casino offers players live chat, email support, and an FAQ page. While the FAQ page and email support are nice, I prefer just to use the live chat.

The live chat has an AI chatbot named Fin. This isn’t a typical chatbot where you choose from pre-selected responses. Instead, I was able to ask it unique questions and have more of a conversation, such as needing it to be more specific about certain details.

How quickly did I get a response?

I used the AI chatbot Fin quite a lot during this review and during my play session. I used it especially to learn more about the VIP Program because it was a bit confusing at first. However, the chatbot filled me in on how to get started on the VIP Program, and that casino players couldn’t organically do anything to be part of it.

I also used it to learn about payment and redemption methods. I had seen PayPal available on other Betr platforms, but it wasn’t for the casino, and the chatbot informed me that PayPal and Venmo weren’t available for the casino.

This was easily my favorite customer support method at Betr; the bot was extremely helpful.
