First impressions with Santa in Vegas Slot
Santa in Vegas will have you longing to spend the Christmas holiday in Las Vegas. Fun and entertainment are the first things that come to mind, what with all the Vegas symbolism, such as the luxury private jets, Rolex watches, and limos. Moreover, it will have you feeling lucky and optimistic, thanks to the happy-go-lucky Santa Claus.
Santa in Vegas Slot Visuals and presentation | 4.5/5
Booming Games does an excellent job with the presentation in the Santa in Vegas slot by blending two rather contrasting themes: Santa’s heart-warming holiday season and Vegas’ high-octane gaming scene. You can see several of Las Vegas’ landmarks covered in snow in the background. Moreover, the symbols embody the city’s luxury and opulence. They include luxury items like limos and private jets, and they even have golden variants.
Role of sound in Santa in Vegas Slot | 4.0/5
The soundtrack in Santa in Vegas is jovial and mellow. It will get you into a relaxed, entertained mood, as it should be during the Christmas holidays. Moreover, the two Santas on top of the grid chuckle and laugh regularly whenever you unlock bonus features or land winning combinations.
Gameplay journey in Santa in Vegas Slot | 4.0/5
Playing Santa in Vegas was quite fun and even rewarding at times. I started spinning as soon as the game loaded. As you would expect from any slot with high volatility, it took some time before I landed winning combos. However, the bonus features were more frequent, thankfully, and they came in handy to help form winning combos a few times. Wilds regularly land in multiple numbers, as do Coins. Unfortunately, Scatters aren’t as regular.
I prefer unlocking bonus rounds naturally. However, it took so long to trigger the bonus round that I decided to use the Bonus Buy feature. It was worth it, as the gameplay is more exciting and wins more regularly, albeit I didn’t win enough to break even.

Bonus features through my eyes | 4.5/5
What good is a Christmas-themed slot without some gifts, right? Thankfully, Santa in Vegas has a few bonus features that make it more exciting and potentially more rewarding.
Wilds, Scatters, and free spins are standard bonus features, and they can be very helpful. Wilds substitute for all ordinary symbols, increasing your likelihood of forming winning combos. Additionally, Scatters reward 15 free spins when they land on reels 1, 3, and 5, and while every round is free, you can still win! Moreover, you get one extra gift spin spruced up with multiple Wilds at the end of the free spins.
| Feature | Description | Gameplay Impact |
|---|---|---|
| 🎅🏼 Golden Santa Free Spins | Triggered when the gold Santa lands. Awards a classic Booming Games style free spins round. | Fun and lively with decent win potential. Felt similar to other Booming free spins. My experience with it was solid. |
| 🎅🏼 Red Santa Bonus | Triggered by the red Santa. Likely a coin or collect style bonus based on theme. | Never triggered it. Appears to be the more volatile option. Could add bigger potential depending on numbers. |
| 🎅🏼 Natural Bonus Feature | Landed through regular gameplay. Offers stacks, multipliers or special symbols depending on version. | My natural bonus was the best paying feature in the entire session. Rewarding, simple and enjoyable. |
| 🎅🏼 Christmas Animations | Fun holiday pop-ups and effects that appear during base spins and bonuses. | Adds charm and energy to the game. Keeps the vibe light and festive. |
Beyond the ordinary bonus features, Santa in Vegas also comes with other features like Minor Elimination, Major Upgrade, and Santa Collect. Minor Elimination gets rid of low-value symbols after a win, while Major Upgrade doubles the value of high-paying symbols. Santa Collect is a two-part bonus feature that entails unlocking more free spins or collecting extra coins with random multiplier values of up to 50x.
Balancing risk and reward | 3.5/5
The Santa in Vegas slot has high volatility, which means that wins are less frequent. Moreover, it has an average RTP rate of 95.60%, which doesn’t inspire much confidence. As such, it can be risky to play, especially when staking big bets. To this end, I recommend moderating your bet amounts to make your bankroll last longer. Fortunately, highly volatile slots can award huge wins if you are lucky.
The good and the bad of Santa in Vegas
- An engaging theme that gets you in the mood for playing slots.
- Maximum winnings of up to 8,000x the bet amount.
- Free spins, wilds, multipliers, and other bonus features.
- Potentially big wins on account of the high volatility.
- The RTP is a bit discouraging.
- The maximum bet limits are inconvenient for high rollers.
Final thoughts on Santa in Vegas Slot
Santa in Vegas is a fun real money slot to keep you entertained this Christmas season. It can also be highly rewarding if you are lucky.
Final score| 4.1/5
While the Santa in Vegas slot is fun and visually appealing, its high volatility and average RTP are concerning.
Who would enjoy Santa in Vegas Slot?
Christmas and casino gaming enthusiasts will certainly appreciate how well Booming Games blends the two themes. The slot is also great for anyone looking for a fresh game, as it is still new.
Would I play it again?
Of course, I’ll keep playing Santa in Vegas since it is so fun. I am also hoping to unlock a huge win, considering the maximum limit of 8,000x.
