I’ll come right out and say it—WOW Vegas may have the best loyalty program in the whole social casino industry.

That thought first crossed my mind when I hit the “My VIP Status” button during testing and saw the massive list of benefits for users as they climb the tiers. (Check out the screenshot below.) The offerings touch every base you could want in a loyalty program—bigger bonuses, coin multipliers, VIP treatment, birthday bonuses, and even access to a community chat.

My favorite benefit in this list has to be the escalating daily bonus. There’s no clearer way to show players they’re valuable than to give away more SC each day. I haven’t reviewed another social casino willing to give away 3 and 5 SC per day to valued customers.

The only catch I see is that I didn’t gain any ground in the program by playing with WOW Coins. It’s only by playing with Sweepstakes Coin that I could collect a higher VIP status. That’s not a terrible rule, but it puts a higher premium on SC and makes your WOW Coins less meaningful. By contrast, the loyalty programs at Pulsz Casino, McLuck Casino, and Crown Coins Casino let you climb the levels through both GC and SC play. That’s preferable in my book.

Finally, one note on the daily reward at WOW Vegas. It’s a good one—0.3 SC and 5,000 WOW Coins in the first tier—but WOW Vegas really makes you dig for it. You have to go under Promotions > Sweeps Coins > and then scroll down to a Daily Reward block that looks more informative than it does like a button. But once you’re in there, you can hit ‘Claim Now.’ I’d certainly prefer a daily pop-up when the bonus is ready to claim.

Will I keep playing?

Absolutely. I particularly like that WOW Vegas runs daily email promotions that result in SC giveaways. But that’s just the tip of the iceberg.

I’ve known for a long time that Paris Hilton is the main WOW Vegas spokesperson, but I didn’t realize just how many on-site promos she’s touting.

What’s missing from the WOW Vegas library?

WOW Vegas doesn’t have classic table games, though Auto Roulette will get you pretty close to that feeling. There’s no dealer, and the automated ball rolls by itself.

Frankly, I can’t fault WOW Vegas much for not having virtual casino classics because it’s clearly put so much effort into introducing live dealer games.

I was a little disappointed to find that the “24/7 Support” icon in the lefthand toolbar just takes you to an FAQ section. I will say that it’s a better FAQ section than most social casinos have. Articles like “Why can’t I play in Michigan/Nevada/Washington?” indicate to me that WOW Vegas organizes the FAQ according to questions that its customers actually have. But even so, I wouldn’t equate support articles with 24/7 customer support. Yes, I know I can read the internet 24/7 if I want.

How quickly did I get a response?

I sent an email to support@wowvegas.com because I thought I spotted something off with my Redeemable SC balance. It appeared during my test that my Redeemable SC (my winnings) were being automatically played before my Unplayed SC.

The response came 48 hours later, and the representative confirmed that is indeed how the Sweeps Coins function. It wasn’t the answer I hoped for because that makes it much harder to win a prize.
