- Like WOW Vegas, McLuck is always beefing up its 1,000+ library with new slots.
- McLuck has first-class apps for both Apple and Android devices. (WOW Vegas doesn’t.)
- Best loyalty program of any sweeps casino
- 5 SC at sign-up with promo code ‘WOWBONUS’
- 1,500 slots and live dealer games
My verdict on WOW Vegas Casino
WOW Vegas is an industry-leading social casino in many ways. After my recent test drive, I’m prepared to say you won’t find a smoother website or a more comprehensive VIP program. Those strengths matter even more because WOW Vegas has one of the best game collections in the industry—1,500 slots, plus an influx of new live dealer casino games.
Could WOW Vegas Casino make improvements? Sure. Its customer support doesn’t quite keep up with its otherwise ambitious product, and I’d love to see WOW Coin play count toward my loyalty program progress.
That said, WOW Vegas should appeal immensely to prolific social casino players. I’ve seldom seen such an active list of regular promotions, many of which have some extra pop due to WOW Vegas spokesperson Paris Hilton appearing all over the promos. And with its no-deposit bonus of 250,000 WOW Coins and 5 free Sweeps Coins, WOW Vegas puts newcomers in a great position to try hundreds of games before they ever have to think about a purchase.

What are other players saying about WOW Vegas Casino?
Because WOW Vegas doesn’t have any apps, the best place to find user reviews is Trustpilot. The social casino has gathered a 4.3 out of 5 rating, which Trustpilot classifies as “Excellent.”
I would expect nothing less from one of the most popular and trusted social casinos on the internet. Let’s look at a few choice reviews.

Great games, fast payout, and outstanding free sweep coins especially if you participate in social media trivia. Free bingo every 15 mins is a big plus. Which makes up for the low daily bonus and how hard it is to level up.
What a great online casino! They have all the cool games, awesome promotions, great daily login bonuses and fun social media competitions. Their verification and redemption processes are both quick and easy as well. One of my favorite places to play!

Wow Vegas sign-up bonus | 4.5 / 5
The WOW Vegas no-deposit bonus is one of the best around. If you sign up with the WOW Vegas promo code WOWBONUS, you’ll get 250,000 WOW Coins and 5 free Sweepstakes Coins.
If you’re unfamiliar with those terms, WOW Coins are the freeplay currency at WOW Vegas. They’re often called “Gold Coins” at other sweeps casinos. They have no transferable value and are just fun. Meanwhile, Sweepstakes Coins at WOW Vegas can be exchanged for prizes when you win enough.
So how does that welcome bonus compare to those at other top social casinos? Well, the WOW Vegas Sweeps Coin bonus (5 SC) is twice as generous as I’ve seen at RealPrize, Megabonanza, and Pulsz (more in the 2 or 2.5 SC range). The only social casino that gives you notably more SC is LuckyLand Slots, which starts players with 10 free SC.
As for the 250,000 WOW Coins, that’s a huge number. Considering the minimum spin on many WOW Vegas slots is 1 to 10 WOW Coins, you could spin for weeks before you ran out. This reminds me of the 2 million Gold Coins that Chumba gives you when you sign up. You can tell the priority of these top sites is to give you enough freeplay currency to test any game you like and play almost endlessly. I appreciate that approach because it shows WOW Vegas cares about the just-for-fun aspect of the site.
How did I use my WOW Vegas sign-up bonus?
I started playing the thousands of slots, of course. Vulcan’s Gold was prominently featured in the WOW Vegas lobby, so I started spinning with WOW Coins. I wanted to confirm whether WOW Coin play would influence my VIP tier. After about 30 spins, including an 80,000 WOW Coin win, I exited the game.
Unfortunately, I discovered that only SC play contributes to your VIP gains. I still enjoyed my time on the Vulcan’s Gold slot, though.
Prize likelihood | 4.1 / 5
When I assess prize likelihood at a social casino, I’m most interested in two factors.
- Playthrough requirements: how many wins before your SC becomes redeemable for prizes?
- Prize minimums: how many SC do you need to collect (through wins) before you can claim a prize?
When it comes to playthrough requirements, WOW Vegas does beautifully. It’s a 1x playthrough, which is the industry standard at top sweeps casinos. If a site makes you win more than once to see those SC become redeemable, you can do better. The redemption rate at WOW Vegas is 1 SC to $1. You can redeem your cash prize via the online bank transfer service Trustly or via Skrill.
As for the minimums, it’s 100 SC for a cash prize and 25 SC for a gift card at WOW Vegas. Those are within the normal range—certainly attainable if you plan to purchase coins—but a little on the high side. Social casinos like Hello Millions and Crown Coins will give you a cash prize for winning 50 SC, and sites like Pulsz and Jackpota set their gift card minimums at 10 SC.
To me, those higher minimums say that WOW Vegas is banking on you becoming a loyal player, collecting more SC through the VIP program, and not worrying about the slightly higher limits. Here’s hoping that’s your experience. After all, the daily bonuses go as high as 5 SC per day if you get to the top VIP tier.
Remember that you must verify your account before redeeming a cash prize at this social casino. I found that process straightforward. Upload images of the requested documents in the secure portal provided, and they will be checked and approved.
There is one final factor I need to mention. If you have some SC winnings and some Unplayed SC in your balance, WOW Vegas makes you play with your winnings first. I’ve seen this at social casinos like DingDingDing, but most top operators don’t do it. Why? Because it’s so much harder to claim a prize when you put your winnings on the line with every spin while trying to convert your unplayed balance. If you’re able to play with your Unplayed coins first, you can build up your winnings into a nice little nest egg. In my opinion, this is a tough policy from WOW Vegas. But it’s yet another way in which WOW Vegas Casino will probably appeal more to users who plan to play often and hunt bigger wins, as opposed to grind out smaller wins and climb toward a prize.
Did I actually get a cash prize?
No such luck this time, but I’ll explain my process. I arrived at WOW Vegas with $20 and 60 minutes to test games and try to redeem a cash prize. This is how I treat every sweeps casino because I want to approximate the experience of a new player on a budget.
My $20 got me more than a million WOW Coins and 35 free SC. This first purchase deal for $9.99 was particularly generous.
I went for heavily promoted slots like Vulcan’s Gold and Immortals Ways Buffalo. I experienced some small wins before moving over to Gravity Blackjack. Unfortunately, the blackjack table was ice-cold for me, but that’s to be expected some days.
My experience taught me that WOW Vegas’ games are legit and professional, and winning is certainly possible. That said, considering the cash prize minimum is 100 redeemable SC, it’s a tough ask to get there with 35 SC. If you want a better shot, I’d recommend starting with more SC.
Benefits for existing users | 4.7 / 5
I’ll come right out and say it—WOW Vegas may have the best loyalty program in the whole social casino industry.
That thought first crossed my mind when I hit the “My VIP Status” button during testing and saw the massive list of benefits for users as they climb the tiers. (Check out the screenshot below.) The offerings touch every base you could want in a loyalty program—bigger bonuses, coin multipliers, VIP treatment, birthday bonuses, and even access to a community chat.
My favorite benefit in this list has to be the escalating daily bonus. There’s no clearer way to show players they’re valuable than to give away more SC each day. I haven’t reviewed another social casino willing to give away 3 and 5 SC per day to valued customers.
The only catch I see is that I didn’t gain any ground in the program by playing with WOW Coins. It’s only by playing with Sweepstakes Coin that I could collect a higher VIP status. That’s not a terrible rule, but it puts a higher premium on SC and makes your WOW Coins less meaningful. By contrast, the loyalty programs at Pulsz Casino, McLuck Casino, and Crown Coins Casino let you climb the levels through both GC and SC play. That’s preferable in my book.
Finally, one note on the daily reward at WOW Vegas. It’s a good one—0.3 SC and 5,000 WOW Coins in the first tier—but WOW Vegas really makes you dig for it. You have to go under Promotions > Sweeps Coins > and then scroll down to a Daily Reward block that looks more informative than it does like a button. But once you’re in there, you can hit ‘Claim Now.’ I’d certainly prefer a daily pop-up when the bonus is ready to claim.
Will I keep playing?
Absolutely. I particularly like that WOW Vegas runs daily email promotions that result in SC giveaways. But that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
I’ve known for a long time that Paris Hilton is the main WOW Vegas spokesperson, but I didn’t realize just how many on-site promos she’s touting.
There are daily races and bingo games, but the standout is Paris’ Lucky 6. Each week, you can play for a 10,000 SC prize drop across six selected games. When I opened Big Bass 3 Reeler this week, a pop-up confirmed how many hours were left in Paris’ promotion.
WOW Vegas Game Collection | 4.8 / 5
There are a few different approaches to curating a great social casino game collection. Some sites, like Chumba Casino and RealPrize, keep their collections small but try to stock many different types of games.
Not WOW Vegas. It favors the arms race approach. It’s constantly expanding. Recent years have seen the library grow from 700 games to now more than 1,500. It’s one of the biggest libraries in the industry and utterly eclipses rivals like Carnival Citi and NoLimitCoins.
WOW Vegas games run on top software as well. If you load a slot at WOW Vegas, you can bet it will be in the highest possible resolution. WOW Vegas is also constantly stocking brand-new titles from game creators like RubyPlay, BGaming, Netgaming, and 20 more studios.
Do the 1,500 game options make you feel overwhelmed? Visit the lefthand toolbar to use the ‘Random Game’ feature. Let WOW Vegas pick a game for you.

I’ll point out another improvement at WOW Vegas. For years, this social casino was a slots-only site. But in early 2025, it added eight live dealer casino games, including Crash Live and Auto Roulette. For me, those games are a hugely welcome addition. Many players want to mix slots with classic casino games.
Here’s a full look at the highlight of WOW Vegas’ game collection.

What’s missing from the WOW Vegas library?
WOW Vegas doesn’t have classic table games, though Auto Roulette will get you pretty close to that feeling. There’s no dealer, and the automated ball rolls by itself.
Frankly, I can’t fault WOW Vegas much for not having virtual casino classics because it’s clearly put so much effort into introducing live dealer games.
Still, it could add Instant Win or Scratchers if it wants to keep up with Chumba or RealPrize Casino.
Customer Support | 4.1 / 5
For just how cutting edge WOW Vegas is overall, its customer support is more rudimentary. It has only two of the four main support options found below.
💬 Live chat — None.
📱Phone — None.
📧 Email — My response came in about 48 hours.
❓FAQ — There are about 100 FAQ articles on WOW Vegas, and they’re targeted well at actual user questions, not just default areas.
I was a little disappointed to find that the “24/7 Support” icon in the lefthand toolbar just takes you to an FAQ section. I will say that it’s a better FAQ section than most social casinos have. Articles like “Why can’t I play in Michigan/Nevada/Washington?” indicate to me that WOW Vegas organizes the FAQ according to questions that its customers actually have. But even so, I wouldn’t equate support articles with 24/7 customer support. Yes, I know I can read the internet 24/7 if I want.
Email is your best and only path for support at WOW Vegas. I’ll explain more about my experience below.
How quickly did I get a response?
I sent an email to support@wowvegas.com because I thought I spotted something off with my Redeemable SC balance. It appeared during my test that my Redeemable SC (my winnings) were being automatically played before my Unplayed SC.
The response came 48 hours later, and the representative confirmed that is indeed how the Sweeps Coins function. It wasn’t the answer I hoped for because that makes it much harder to win a prize. But points to Juliana and WOW Vegas for one of the clearest customer support emails I’ve ever gotten from a social casino. If you’re curious, you can check out her answer below. But suffice it to say, WOW Vegas does make you play with your winnings when you’re trying to clear a bonus on your unplayed coins.
What are the pros and cons of playing at WOW Vegas Casino?
- Biggest menu on ongoing promotions I’ve seen at any social casino.
- Massive slots collection, and they just added live dealer games.
- Crisp graphics and high resolution on all gameplay.
- No live chat support; email only.
- Gold Coin play doesn’t contribute toward the VIP program.
- I had to refresh multiple times to see my correct SC balance.
How does WOW Vegas compare to other top social casinos?
As one of the best social casinos around, WOW Vegas compares quite favorably to its toughest competition. Let’s take a look.
McLuck Casino
Jackpota Casino
- WOW Vegas beats Jackpota with its daily bonus of 0.3 SC.
- Jackpota connects all its games to sitewide jackpots, which is a standout feature.

Hello Millions
- This social casino goes for an analog, comic look compared to WOW Vegas’ sleek space-age design.
- WOW Vegas has three times as many games overall as Hello Millions.
Did I feel safe using WOW Vegas?
I felt completely safe while playing at WOW Vegas. That feeling of security begins simply by studying WOW Vegas’ reputation. The site abides by sweepstakes laws, never operates in states that don’t allow sweeps play, and performs meaningful customer verification to make sure I’m 18+ and not using a fake identity.
Furthermore, the site uses 256-bit encryption technology to safeguard my data, and industry-standard firewalls prevent unauthorized access. That said, I always recommend creating a strong, unique password and keeping it to yourself.
The site is legally available in 45 states. WOW Vegas complies with sweepstakes regulations in each state, which means it must provide winning players with their prizes in a timely fashion. The WOW Vegas social casino has built a trustworthy reputation since launching in 2022, with no security breaches.
The only states where you can’t play at WOW Vegas are as follows:
- Michigan
- Washington
- Nevada
- Montana
- Idaho
